การวิจัยครั้งนี่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพการเลี้ยงและการตลาดสุกรในจังหวัดนครปฐม (2) วิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบเงินลงทุน ผลตอบแทน และความคุ้มค่าของการลงทุนเลี้ยงสุกรของฟาร์มขนาดใหญ่
ในจังหวัดนครปฐมระหว่างการเลี้ยงสุกรในรูปแบบของฟาร์มสุกรพันธุ์ ฟาร์มสุกรขุน และฟาร์มสุกรแบบครบวงจร และ (3) ศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการเลี้ยงสุกรของเกษตรกรในจังหวัดนครปฐม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใชัในการศึกษาประกอบด้วยเกษตรกรที่ทำฟาร์มสุกรแบบครบวงจรจำนวน 12 ราย ฟาร์มสุกรขุนจำนวน 6 ราย และฟาร์มสุกรพันธ์จำนวน 3 ราย และใชัวิธีการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multistage Sampling Technique) เครื่องมีอที่ใชัในการรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสภาพการเที่ยงและการตลาดสุกรใชัวิธีการทางสถิติอย่างง่ายในรูปของค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ และค่าเฉลี่ยการวิเคราะห์ความคุ้มค่าของการลงทุนใช้วิธีคำนวณหาระยะเวลาคืนทุน (PB) มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ (NPV) ค่าดัชนีกำไร (P1) และอัตราผลตอบแทนจากโครงการ (IRR) และการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการเลี้ยงสุกรใช้วิธีการจัดเรียงลำดับตามความสำคัญผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ฟาร์มสุกรส่วนใหญ่ในจังหวัดนครปฐมจะเป็นฟาร์มสุกรแบบครบวงจร และ เลี้ยงในระบบเปิด พ่อค้าส่วนใหญ่ในท้องถิ่นเป็นผู้รับซื้อผลผลิต และนอกจากนี้พบว่าเกษตรกรจะจำหน่ายลูกสุกรตามราคาประกาศของบริษัท เจริญโภคกัณฑ์ จำกัด (มหาชน) และสุกรขุนตามราคาประกาศของสมาคมผู้เลี้ยงสุกรในจังหวัดนครปฐม (2) ระยะเวลาคืนทุนของการลงทุนเลี้ยงสุกรในรูปแบบของฟาร์มสุกรแบบครบวงจร และฟาร์มสุกรพันธุ์เท่ากับ 2.84 ปี และ 5.2 ปี ตามลำดับ แต่สำหรับฟาร์มสุกรขุนตลอดอายุของโครงการลงทุนไม่สามารถจะคืนทุนได้ ณ อัตราคิคลดรัอยละ 7 พบว่า อัตราผลตอบแทนจากโครงการของฟาร์มสุกรแบบครบวงจร และฟาร์มสุกรพันธุ์ เท่ากับ รัอยละ 26 และ 10 ตามลำดับ สำหรับฟาร์มสุกรอขุนไม่สามารถหาค่าของอัตราผลตอบแทนจากโครงการได้ แสดงให้เห็นว่าฟาร์มสุกรพันธุ์และฟาร์มสุกรแบบครบวงจรมีความเป็นไปได้ในการลงทุนมีเพียงฟาร์มสุกรขุนที่ไม่มีความคุ้มค่าในการลงทุน โดยที่ฟาร์มสุกรแบบครบวงจรได้ผลตอบแทนต่อการลงทุนในอัตราสูงสุดและเป็นรูปแบบการเลี้ยงสุกรที่เหมาะสมที่สุดในการลงทุนและ (3) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่สำคัญในการเลี้ยงสุกร ก็คือ ความผันแปรของราคาจำหน่ายผลผลิตสุกรและราคาวัตถุดิบที่ใช้ในการเลี้ยงสัตว์
The purposes of this study were to (1) study the pig farming and the pig marketing in Nakhon Pathom province, (2) analyze on investment cash flow, net cash flow and to assess a financial feasibility study on an investment of pig production. It was a comparative study between pig breeding farm, fattening pig farm and integrated pig farm in Nakhon Pathom province and (3) study the problems and threats of pig production. The subjects consisted of 12 integrated pig farms, 6 fattening pig farms and 3 pig breeding farms selected by multistage sampling technique. The interview' forms were used in collect to generate data needed for analysis. The pig farming and the pig marketing data analysis included frequency value, percentage, and mean. The financial feasibility analysis included payback period (PB), net present value (NPV),the profitability index (PI) and internal rate of return (IRR). The problems and threats of pig production analysis sorted by priority. The results of the study showed that (1) most farms in Nakhon Pathom province were integrated pig farms and feed in opened system. Most local merchants were buyer the pig products and it also found that most farmers would sell the piglets in announced price of CP Public Company Limited and fattening pigs in announced price of the association of pig farmer in Nakhon Pathom province, (2) the PB of integrated pig farm and pig breeding farm Was 2.84 and 5.2 years respectively while the fattening pig farm unabled to pay back in terms of investment. The financial analysis of pig farm investment at 7 percent of discount rate indicated that the investment for integrated pig farm and pig breeding farm were feasible, only the fattening pig farm was not feasible due to a negative return. The IRR of integrated pig farm and pig breeding farm was 26 and 10 percent respectively While the fattening pig farm unabled to determine the IRR. The integrated pig farm had the greatest benefit and it was the best alternative of investment and the next better alternative was the fattening pig farm and (3) the great problem and threat of pig production were the fluctuated price of pig products and raw materials for animal husbandry.
