Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) คุณภาพการให้บริการของธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร สาขาอุทัยธานี ด้านการให้บริการด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ (2) คุณภาพการให้บริการของธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร สาขาอุทัยธานี ด้านอาคารสถานที่ (3) คุณภาพการให้บริการของธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร สาขาอุทัยธานี ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ของธนาคาร (4) เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจต่อคุณภาพการให้บริการของธนาการ เพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร สาขาอุทัยธานี จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) คุณภาพการให้บริการด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) คุณภาพการให้บริการด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) คุณภาพการให้บริการด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ของธนาคาร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (4) ผู้ที่มีเพศ อายุ รายได้ที่แตกต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจต่อคุณภาพการให้บริการที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The objectives of this study were: (1) to study the service quality of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives at Uthai Thani Branch on the service of staff aspect; (2) to study the service quality of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives at Uthai Thani Branch on building and location aspect; (3) to study the service quality of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives at Uthai Thani Branch on bank products aspect; and (4) to compare a satisfaction toward the service quality of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives at Uthai Thani Branch, classified by personal factors The population of this survey research consisted of 13,200 customers who had used the service at Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives at Uthai Thani Branch. The sample was 388 customers, determined by using Taro Yamane’s Formula. The sampling method was a convenience sampling method. A questionnaire was used as an instrument for collecting the data. The statistics employed for data analysis were mean, percentage, standard deviation, Pearson Product Moment Correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The results found that: (1) the service quality of the staff aspect was at a high level; (2) the service quality of the building and location aspect was at a high level; (3) the service quality of bank products aspect was at a high level; and (4) the customers with different genders, ages, and incomes had different levels of satisfaction of the service quality with the statistical significance at the level of 0.05.
