ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาหนองแหนโพนงาม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายโสธร เขต 2

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกลุ่มเครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาหนองแหนโพนงาม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายโสธร เขต 2 และ (2) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาหนองแหนโพนงาม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายโสธร เขต 2 จำแนก ตามขนาดของโรงเรียนกลุ่ม ตัวอย่าง คือ ครูในกลุ่มเครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาหนองแหนโพนงามสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายโสธร เขต2 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 110 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่ายเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่ามีค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ.89 สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกลุ่มเครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาหนองแหนโพนงาม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายโสธร เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน เรียงตามลำดับ ดังนี้ ด้านการบริหารจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านการบริหารหลักสูตร ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผลการเรียน ด้านการนิเทศการเรียนการสอน และด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา และ (2) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกลุ่มเครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาหนองแหนโพนงาม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายโสธร เขต 2 จำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน

The purposes of this research were (1) to study academic leadership of school administrators in Nong Nae-Phon Ngam Educational Quality Development Network Group under the Office of Yasothon Primary Education Service Area 2; and (2) to compare academic leadership levels of school administrators in Nong Nae-Phon Ngam Educational Quality Development Network Group under the Office of Yasothon Primary Education Service Area 2, as classified by school size. The sample consisted of 110 randomly selected teachers in Nong Nae-Phon Ngam Educational Quality Development Network Group under the Office of Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area 2 during the 2013 academic year 2013. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire with reliability coefficient of .89. Statistics employed for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, and analysis of variance. Research findings indicated that (1) both the overall and by-aspect academic leaderships of school administrators in Nong Nae-Phon Ngam Educational Quality Development Network Group under the Office of Yasothon Primary Education Service Area 2 were rated at the high level; when individual aspects of leadership were considered, they could be ranked as follows: the instructional management aspect, the curriculum management aspect, the learning measurement and evaluation aspect, the instructional supervision aspect, and the research for educational quality development aspect, respectively; and (2) no significant difference was found regarding the overall academic leadership levels of the administrators of schools with different sizes in Nong Nae-Phon Ngam Educational Quality Development Network Group under the Office of Yasothon Primary Education Service Area 2
