Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการเรียนการ สอนของครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 17 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คึอ ครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดตราด สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา มัธยมศึกษาเขต 17 จำนวน 286 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามสมรรถนะการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการเรียนการสอนของครู มีค่าความเที่ยง .99 สถิตที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า สมรรถนะการใช้เทคโนโลยสารสนเทศในการเรียนการสอนโดยภาพรวม ของครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาในแต่ละสมรรถนะ พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากดังนี้ (1) สมรรถนะของครูด้านความรู้ในการใช้เทคโนโลยืสารสนเทศเพื่อการเรียนการสอน คือ ครู มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในเทคโนโลยีการติดต่อสื่อสาร การใช้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ การใช้โปรแกรมต่าง ๆ ดังนี้คือ การประมวลผลคำ การเขียนบันทีกข้อมูลลงแผ่นซีดีและดีวิดี การออกแบบและสร้างเว็บไซต์ การวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลทางสถิติ และการสืบคันข้อมูลผ่านอินเทอร์เน็ตและเว็บไซต์ (2) สมรรถนะของครูด้านทักษะในการใช้เทคโนโลยสารสนเทศในการเรียนการสอน คือ ครูมีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์อย่างถูกวิธี การสืบคันข้อมูลผ่านอินเทอร์เน็ต และการออกแบบชิ้นงานเพื่อกิจกรรมการสอน (3) สมรรถนะของครูด้านเจตคติในการใช้เทคโนโลยสารสนเทศเพื่อการเรียนการสอน คือ ครูตระหนักและใช้เทคโนโลยึสารสนเทศไปในทางที่ถูกต้องไม่ขัดต่อศีลธรรมและหลักกฎหมาย ส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนมีโอกาสคันคว้าหาความรู้ผ่านเครือข่ายเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศด้วยตนเองมากขึ้น และยอมรับข้อตกลงร่วมกันในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และ (4) สมรรถนะของครูด้านจริยธรรมในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการเรียนการสอน คือ ครูใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศอย่างมีเหตุผล การปรับปรุงงานตลอดเวลา และไม่ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เพื่อการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลผู้เรียน
The purpose of this research was to study performance in using information technology for instruction of teachers in secondary schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 17. The research sample consisted of 286 secondary school teachers in Trat province under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 17, obtained by simple random sampling. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on performance in using information technology for instruction of teachers, with reliability coefficient of .99. Statistics for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings showed that the overall performance in using information technology for instruction of secondary school teachers was at the high level. When individual performance of the teachers were considered, it was found that all individual performance were also at the high level, which could be further elaborated as follows: (1) the knowledge performance of the teachers in using information technology for instruction included the teachers’ knowledge and understanding on communications technology, the use of computers, and the use of the following programs: the word processing programs, the programs for recording data on CD and DVD, the programs for website design and construction, the programs for statistical analysis of data, and the programs for information retrieval from the Internet and websites; (2) the skill performance of the teachers in using information technology for instruction included the skill on using computers properly, the skill on information retrieval via the Internet, and the skill on designing work pieces for instructional activities; (3) the attitude performance of the teachers in using information technology for instruction included their awareness on the uses of information technology that were proper and in accordance with the laws and morality, the encouragement of learners to find more opportunities to search for knowledge via information technology networks by themselves, and the acceptance of joint-agreements on working with the others in using information technology; and (4) the ethical performance of the teachers in using information technology for instruction included the rational uses of information technology, the continuous improvement of their work, and the refrain from using information technology for disseminating information on learners.
