Abstract
การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับพฤติกรรมทางจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลตำบลตะลุบัน อำเภอสายบุรี จังหวัดปัตตานี และ 2) เปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมทางจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดเทศบาลตำบลตะลุบัน อำเภอสายบุรี จังหวัดปัตตานี ตามความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ การทำงานกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครูสอนจำนวน 103 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.93 สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการศึกษาสรุปได้ดังนี้ (1) พฤติกรรมทางจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลตำบลตะลุบัน อำเภอสายบุรี จังหวัดปัตตานี โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ การปฏิบัติต่อวิชาชีพ การปฏิบัติต่อสังคม การปฏิบัติต่อผู้ร่วมประกอบวิชาชีพ ด้านการปฏิบัติต่อตนเอง (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมทางจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลตำบลตะลุบัน อำเภอสายบุรี จังหวัดปัตตานี ครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ ทำงานแตกต่างกันมีความเห็นต่อพฤติกรรมทางจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารไม่แตกต่างกัน
This independent research is aimed to 1) study the level of ethical behavior of school administrator under the Taluban Municipality, Saiburi District, Pattani Province and 2) compare the ethical behavior of school administrator under the Taluban Municipality, Saiburi District, Pattani Province. Both of them are distributed into educational qualifications and experiences. The sampling groups are such as teachers totaling 103 persons that utilized from a simple method. The study tool is a set of questionnaires and the accuracy value is 0.93. The statistics utilized is such as percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test and one-way variance analysis. It has found that 1) the moral behavior of school administrator under the Taluban Municipality, Saiburi District, Pattani Province in general and in sides stay at a high level. They are such as work for occupation, work for society, work for entrepreneur, and work for own self respectively, and 2) the result of comparative moral behavior of school administrator under the Taluban Municipality, Saiburi District, Pattani Province that distributed following educational qualifications and work experience is indifferent.
