Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะโดยรวมและรายด้านของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ กลุ่มภาคใต้ (2) เปรียบเทียบระดับสมรรถนะของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ กลุ่มภาคใต้ จำแนกตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคล (3) พัฒนาแนวทางการสร้างสมรรถนะของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ กลุ่มภาคใต้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ อาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ กลุ่มภาคใต้ จำนวน 314 คน จากจำนวนประชากรทั้งสิ้น 1,459 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .93 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียวและทดสอบเป็นรายคู่ตามวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) สมรรถนะโดยรวมและรายด้านของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกลุ่มภาคใต้อยู่ในระดับมาก สมรรถนะตามสายงานโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยที่สมรรถนะตามสายงานด้านการสอนมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด และสมรรถนะการบริหารโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยที่สมรรถนะการบริหารด้านจริยธรรมมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (2) เปรียบเทียบระดับ
สมรรถนะตามสายงานของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ กลุ่มภาคใต้ จำแนกตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคลพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีอายุ วุฒิการศึกษา และระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติงาน ที่แตกต่างกันมีระดับสมรรถนะตามสายงานแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และเปรียบเทียบระดับสมรรถนะการบริหารของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ กลุ่มภาคใต้ จำแนกตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคลพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ และจังหวัดที่ตั้งของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏแตกต่างกันมีระดับสมรรถนะการบริหารแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (3) ส่วนการพัฒนา แนวทางการสร้างสมรรถนะของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ กลุ่มภาคใต้ ควรจัดทำหลักสูตรที่มุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างและพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการสอน ด้านการวิจัย และด้านบริการวิชาการแก่สังคม
The purpose of this study was to (1) study the overall levels and each aspect of the lecturers’ competencies in the Southern Group of Rajabhat Universities (SGRU); (2) compare the level of SGRU lecturers’ competencies according to an individual characteristic and; (3) develop competency building guidelines for the lecturers at the SGRU. A sample of 314 lecturers were selected from the total of 1,459 lecturers in the SGRU. The method used for collecting the data was a rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.93 and statistical analyses were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA by Scheffe method. The research findings were as follows (1) the overall levels and each aspect of the lecturer’s competencies in the SGRU were at the high level and each aspect of functional competency was at a high level. The functional competency of teaching was found to be highest. The overall competency of management was high and the management competency level of ethics was highest; (2) comparing the level of lecturers’ functional competencies classified by personal characteristics, it was found that the differences in age, education and, working experiences of lectures showed significant differences in functional competency at a level of 0.05. The level of management competency of lecturers at the SGRU classified by the personal characteristic found that the different groups of lecturers who had academic positions and work in the different provinces of the Rajabhat University had different management competencies of 0.05 significance. And (3) to develop competency building guidelines for the lecturers at the SGRU should provide the curriculum which emphasis, strengthen and develop the competency of teaching, research and the provision of the academic services for the public generally.
