ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาลดระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน โรงพยาบาลหนองไผ่ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยเชิงสำรวจแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาลดระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน และ (2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาลดระดับน้ำตาลในเลือด ของโรงพยาบาลหนองไผ่ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานในเขตพื้นที่ที่ขึ้นทะเบียนแผนกผู้ป่วยนอกและเข้ารับการรักษาที่โรงพยาบาลหนองไผ่ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ และมีระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดสูงกว่า 100 มิลลิกรัมต่อเดซิลิตร 693 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากการสุ่มอย่างง่ายจำนวน 111 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเที่ยง 0.85 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสถิติไคสแควร์ การทดสอบฟิชเชอร์ เอ๊กแซก และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์สเปียร์แมน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 61 - 70 ปี มีการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับประถมศึกษาและประกอบอาชีพเป็นเกษตรกรรมมีพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาลด ระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดอยู่ในระดับดี และ (2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและทัศนคติไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาลดระดับน้ำตาลในเลือด ส่วนความรู้ในการใช้ยาลดระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกปานกลางกับพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาลดระดับน้ำตาลในเลือด

This cross-sectional survey research's objectives were: (1) to identify hypoglycemic medication behaviors; and (2) to study factors related to hypoglycemic medication behaviors in diabetic patients at Phetchabun's Nongphai Hospital. The study was conducted in a sample of 111 patients randomly selected from all 693 diabetic outpatients who had a blood sugar level higher than 100 mg/dL and got registered for treatment at the hospital. Data were collected using a questionnaire with the reliability value of 0.85 and then analyzed to determine percentages, means, standard deviations, Chi-square test, Fisher's exact test, and Spearman rank correlation. The results showed that: (1) among all respondents, most of them were female farmers aged 61-70 years, completed primary schooling, and had hypoglycemic medication behaviors at a good level; and (2) there was no relation between personal factors as well as attitudes and hypoglycemic medications. However, their knowledge of such medication had a positive relation with hypoglycemic drug-taking behaviors at a moderate level.
