Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีของสถานประกอบการในจังหวัดปทุมธานีกับวิทยาลัยเทคนิคปทุมธานี (2)เปรียบเทียบระดับการมีส่วนร่วมโนการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีของสถานประกอบการในขังหวัดปทุมธานี และวิทยาลัยเทคนิคปทุมธานีในทรรศนะของบุคคลกลุ่มต่าง ๆ (3) ศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะในการเสริมสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาในระบบทวิภาคีกสุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใข้ไนการวิจัยประกอบด้วย บุคลากรในสถานประกอบการ จำนวน 222 คนและบุคลากรในถานศึกษา จำนวน 90 คน รวม 312 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสมัครใจ เครื่องมือที่ไช้ไนการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น โดยมีค่าความเที่ยงทั้งฉบับในส่วนของสถานศึกษาเท่ากับ .96 และในส่วนของสถานประกอบการเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใต้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าทีผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) สถานประกอบการและสถานศึกษามีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาในระบบทวิภาคีในภาพรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) การเปรียบเทียบมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีระหว่างสถานประกอบการในจังหวัดปทุมธานีและวิทยาลัยปทุมธานีในภาพรวมทุกด้านพบว่าไม่มีความแตกต่างกันยกเว้นการมีส่วนร่วมด้านบุคลากรทั้ง 2 ฝ่ายมีความเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (3) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการมีส่วนร่วมที่สำคัญใต้แก่ ขาดการวางแผนร่วมกัน ผู้บริหารขาดการเอาใจใส่และสนับสนุน หลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมไม่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสถานประกอบการส่วนข้อเสนอแนะในการเสริมสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมที่สำคัญได้แก่ ผู้บริหารควรให้การสนับสนุนอย่างจริงจัง
The purposes of this research were to (1) study the level of participation in dual system vocational education management of enterprises in Pathum Thani province with Pathumthani Technical College; (2) compare the level of participation in dual system vocational education management of enterprises in Pathum Thani province with Pathumthani Technical College in the opinion of sample group persons; and (3) study problems and recommendations to support participation in dual system vocational education management. The sample of this research consisted of 312 persons from private exterprises in Pathum Thani province and Pathumthani Technical College. Volunteer method was used in selecting the sample. A five-scale questionnaire with reliability of .96 was used to collect data from Pathumthani Technical College and another five-scale questionnaire with reliability of .97 was used to collect data from private enterprises. Statistical procedures for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean,standard deviation, and t-test. Research findings were as follows: (1) The overall articipation of private enterprises in the dual system vocational education management of Pathumthani Technical College was at the moderate level. (2) No significant difference was found between the opinions of private entrepreneurs and those of the College personnel regarding overall participation and participation in each aspect excepting the personnel aspect in which significant difference of opinions was found at the .05 level.(3) Main problems and obstacles were: the lack of participation in planning, lack of supports from the administrators, and the training programs being not relevant to the needs of private enterprises. Recommendations for enhancement of participation were: the administrators should give genuine supports; there should be joint efforts in planning and determination of operation; and monitoring and evaluation should be undertaken on a continuous basis
