การประเมินหลักสูตรโปรแกรมการจัดการการเรียนการสอนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ โรงเรียนอนุบาลศรีสะเกษ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ประเมินบริบทของหลักสูตรโปรแกรมการจัดการเรียนการสอนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษโรงเรียนอนุบาลศรีสะเกษ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ (2) ประเมินปัจจัยเบื้องต้นของหลักสูตรโปรแกรมการจัดการเรียนการสอนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษโรงเรียนอนุบาลศรีสะเกษ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ (3) ประเมินกระบวนการของหลักสูตรโปรแกรมการจัดการเรียนการสอนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ โรงเรียนอนุบาลศรีสะเกษ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ และ (4) ประเมินผลผลิตของหลักสูตรโปรแกรมการจัดการเรียนการสอนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ โรงเรียนอนุบาลศรีสะเกษ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครู นักเรียน ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา และผู้ปกครองของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา รวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 187 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม เกี่ยวกับบริบท ปัจจัยเบื้องต้น กระบวนการ และผลผลิต และแบบบันทึกข้อมูล ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) การประเมินบริบทของหลักสูตร ได้แก่ วัตถุประสงค์หลักสูตร โดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (2) การประเมินปัจจัยเบื้องต้น ได้แก่ โครงสร้าง หลักสูตร เนื้อหา ครูผู้สอนนักเรียนงบประมาณ อาคารสถานที่ สื่อและวัสดุอุปกรณ์ โดยภาพรวมมี ความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) การประเมินกระบวนการ ได้แก่ การบริหารหลักสูตร การจัด กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ สื่อการสอน และการวัดและประเมินผล โดยภาพรวม มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ใน ระดับมาก และ (4) การประเมินผลผลิต ได้แก่ คุณลักษณะผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา โดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ซึ่งผลการประเมินเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด

The purposes of this research were (1) to evaluate the context of the English Program Curriculum of Anuban Si Sa Ket School in Si Sa Ket province; (2) to evaluate the input of the English Program Curriculum of Anuban Si Sa Ket School in Si Sa Ket province ;(3) to evaluate the process of the English Program Curriculum of Anuban Si Sa Ket School in Si Sa Ket province ; and (4) to evaluate the output of the English Program Curriculum of Anuban Si Sa Ket School in Si Sa Ket province. The research informant group totaling 187 persons consisted of school administrators, teachers, students, graduated students from school, and graduated students’ parents. The employed research instruments were a questionnaire on context, input, process and output of the Program, and a data recording form. Data were analyzed using the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The results showed that (1) regarding the context evaluation which was the Program objectives, it was found that the overall rating mean of appropriateness of the Program objectives was at the highest level; (2) regarding the input evaluation which included the Program structure, contents, teachers, students, budget, buildings and facilities, educational media, and equipment, it was found that the overall rating mean of appropriateness of the Program’s input was at the high level; (3) regarding the process evaluation which included the Program management, learning activities, teaching media, and measurement and evaluation, it was found that the overall rating mean of appropriateness of the Program’s process was at the high level; and (4) regarding the output evaluation which was the characteristics of graduated students, it was found that the overall rating mean of appropriateness of the Program’s output was at the high level. Thus, the evaluation results in all aspects met the set criteria.
