Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับสื่ออินเทอร์เน็ต (2) การรู้เท่าทันสื่ออินเทอร์เน็ต และ (3) เปรียบเทียบการรู้เท่าทันสื่ออินเทอร์เน็ตของผู้สูงอายุ ในเขตเทศบาลนครยะลาจำแนกตามเพศ การศึกษา ศาสนาการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้สูงที่อายุเกินกว่าหกสิบปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป ที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตเทศบาลนครยะลา เลือกตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย จำนวน 400 คน
เครื่องมือการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ใช้งานสื่ออินเทอร์เน็ตผ่านโทรศัพท์มือถือมากที่สุด โดยการชักชวนของลูกหลาน ส่วนใหญ่ใช้สื่ออินเทอร์เน็ตมากกว่า 20 ชั่วโมงต่อสัปดาห์ ในช่วง
เวลา 12:01 - 16:00 น. และใช้มานาน 4-6 ปี โดยใช้ Line เป็นช่องทางในการสนทนามากที่สุด และส่วนใหญ่ใช้สื่ออินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อพักผ่อนหย่อนใจ 2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างรู้เท่าทันสื่ออินเทอร์เน็ตโดยภาพรวมในระดับต่ำ เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างรู้เท่าทันสื่ออินเทอร์เน็ตระดับสูงเพียงด้านเดียว คือ มิติของบริบทแวดล้อมของเทคโนโลยีอินเทอร์เน็ต และมีรู้เท่าทันสื่ออินเทอร์เน็ตในระดับต่ำทั้ง 3 ด้านคือ มิติด้านการผลิตเนื้อหาบนอินเทอร์เน็ต มิติด้านรูปแบบและการทำงานของอินเทอร์เน็ต และมิติด้านคุณภาพและความน่าเชื่อถือในเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต ตามลำดับ 3) เพศ ศาสนา ระดับการศึกษาของผู้สูงอายุในเขตเทศบาลนครยะลาที่แตกต่างกันรู้เท่าทันสื่ออินเทอร์เน็ตโดยรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The objectives of this research were to study (1) Internet exposure behavior of elderly people in Yala Municipality; (2) their level of Internet literacy; and (3) their Internet literacy compared by sex, educational level and religion. This was a survey research. The sample population was 400 people aged 60 and over living in Yala Municipality, chosen through simple random sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire. Data were statistically analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t test and ANOVA. The results showed that 1) Most of the samples surveyed used the Internet on a mobile phone. Most were encouraged to do so by their children or grandchildren. Most of them used the Internet for more than 20 hours per week, most often during the time period 12:01 - 16:00, and most had been using the Internet for 4 -6 years. They used Line application the most often, and most reported using the Internet for leisure and relaxation. 2) Overall, most of the samples had a low level of Internet literacy. They had a high level of literacy only in the aspect of the context of Internet technology, and in the other three aspects, namely, Internet content production, Internet format and how the Internet works, and quality and credibility of Internet networks, they had a low level of literacy. 3) Differences in the factors of sex, religion and educational level were correlated to differences in media literacy level of elderly people in Yala Municipality to a statistically significant degree at significance level .05
