การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรเชียงคำ จำกัด จังหวัดพะเยา

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ข้อมูลทั่วไปของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตร 2) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตร 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างข้อมูลทั่วไปของสมาชิกกับระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตร และ 4) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคของสมาชิกต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตร ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ สมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรเชียงคำ จำกัด จำนวน 1,650 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบโควตา ได้ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 322 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถึ่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์สหสัมพ้นธ์ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) สมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุระหว่าง 51 ถึง 60 ปี นับ ถือศาสนาพุทธ การศึกษาระดับ ประถมศึกษา ประกอบอาชีพทำนา รายได้ไม่เกิน 30,000 บาทต่อเดือน ระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิก 4 ถึง 6 ปี 2) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตร พบว่า ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ในการตัดสินใจและการปฏิบัติการอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ในการรับผลประโยชน์และการประเมินผลอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างข้อมูลทั่วไปของสมาชิกกับ ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์ พบว่า ข้อมูลทั่วไปของสมาชิกมีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานขอสหกรณ์ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 และ 4) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคของสมาชิกต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์ ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความคิดเห็น ดังนี้ สหกรณ์ให้สินเชื่อแก่สมาชิกในวงเงินที่จำกัด และที่ตั้งของสหกรณ์อยู่ห่างไกลจากตัว อำเภอ รวมทั้งสมาชิกไม่เข้าใจบทบาทหน้าที่ของตนและไม่สนใจขัาร่วมการดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์

The objectives were to study 1) general information of members of agricultural co-operatives, 2) the operational participation level of members of agricultural co-operatives, 3) the relationship between general information and operational participation level of members of agricultural co-operatives, and 4) members’ problems and obstacles of the operational participation in agricultural co-operatives. The population in this study was comprised 1,650 members of Chiang Kham Agricultural Co-operatives Ltd. The sample determination was utilized by quota sampling technique containing 322 members as a sample size. The data were collected by using a questionnaire and analyzed by statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and correlation analysis. The study results were found that 1) the majority of the members were male, Buddhism, with the range of age between 51 to 60 years old. They were farmers, finished primary education, had family income of 30,000 a month, and had served as a member of the co-operatives for the period of 4-6 years. 2) The operational participation level of members of agricultural co-operatives, it was showed that the members had done at high level in the decision making and operations, while benefits and evaluation were indicated at moderate level. 3) The correlation between general information and the members’ participation, it was stated that there was statistically significant correlation at .05 level. 4) According to problems and obstacles of members’ operational participation, it was revealed that the co-operatives provided limited loan to members; the office was located far away from the district center; the members did not understand their roles and functions; and they also were not interested to participate the operations of co-operatives.
