การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) พฤติกรรมในการรับชมเฟซบุ๊กไลฟ์ของกลุ่ม
Gen Y 2) การใช้ประโยชน์ในการรับชมเฟซบุ๊คไลฟ์ของกลุ่ม Gen Y 3) ความพึงพอใจในการรับชม เฟซบุ๊คไลฟ์ของกลุ่ม Gen Y 4) เปรียบเทียบการใช้ประโยชน์ในการรับชมเฟซบุ๊กไลฟ์ของกลุ่ม Gen Y จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพ 5) เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจในการรับชมเฟซบุ๊กไลฟ์ของกลุ่ม Gen Y และ 6) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างลักษณะทางประชากรกับพฤติกรรมในการรับชมเฟซบุ๊กไลฟ์ของกลุ่ม Gen Y ที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ กลุ่ม Gen Y ที่มีอายุ 18 - 37 ปี หรือเกิดในช่วงปีพ.ศ. 2524- 2543 ที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวการทดสอบความแตกต่างค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการทดสอบของฟิชเชอร์ และการทดสอบค่าไคสแควร์ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีพฤติกรรมการรับชมเฟซบุ๊กไลฟ์ของกลุ่มGen Y ด้านความถี่ต่อเดือน 1-5 ครั้ง ด้านระยะเวลาต่อครั้ง น้อยกว่า 1 ชั่วโมง ด้านช่วงเวลาในการรับชม
ได้แก่ 18.01-00.00 น. ด้านสถานที่ในการรับชมคือ ที่บ้าน และด้านอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการรับชม ได้แก่ สมาร์ทโฟน/โทรศัพท์มือถือ2) การใช้ประโยชน์ในการรับชมเฟซบุ๊คไลฟ์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3) ความพึงพอใจในการรับชมเฟซบุ๊คไลฟ์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 4) การเปรียบเทียบการใช้ประโยชน์ในการรับชมเฟซบุ๊กไลฟ์ของกลุ่ม Gen Y พบว่า กลุ่ม Gen Y ที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพ ต่างกัน มีการใช้ประโยชน์ในการรับชมเฟซบุ๊กไลฟ์ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .055) การเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจในการรับชมเฟซบุ๊กไลฟ์ของกลุ่ม Gen Y พบว่า กลุ่ม Gen Y ที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพ ต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจในการรับชมเฟซบุ๊กไลฟ์ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 6) ลักษณะทางประชากร ได้แก่ เพศ อายุระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพ มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมในการรับชมเฟซบุ๊กไลฟ์ของกลุ่ม Gen Y อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05
The objectives of this research were to study 1) the Facebook Live watching behavior of Gen Y people in Bangkok; 2) their utilization of Facebook Live; 3) their satisfaction with Facebook Live; 4) the relationship between the demographic factors of sex, age, educational level and profession and utilization of Facebook Live; 5) the relationship between the factors of sex, age, educational level and profession and level of satisfaction with Facebook Live; and 6) the relationships the factors of sex, age, educational level and profession have on Facebook Live watching behavior. This was a survey research. The sample was 400 people in the 18-37 age group (born between 1981 and 2000) living in Bangkok. The research tool was a questionnaire. The samples were chosen by accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t test, ANOVA, Fisher's pairwise comparison, and chi square.The results showed that 1) the majority of the samples watched Facebook Live 1 - 4 times a month, for less than one hour at a time. They usually watched during the time period 18:01 - 0:00, at home, on a smart phone or mobile phone. 2) Overall, the samples utilized Facebook Live to a medium level. 3) Overall, the samples had a high level of satisfaction with Facebook Live. 4) There were statistically significant (p<0.05) differences in Facebook Live utilization between samples of different ages, educational levels and professions. 5) There were statistically significant (p<0.05) differences in satisfaction with Facebook Live between samples of different sex, age, educational level and profession. 6) The demographic factors of sex, age, educational level and profession were related to Facebook Live watching behavior to a statistically significant degree (p<0.05).
