Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ผลการปฏิบัติงานของผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้าง ในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา (2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกับการปฏิบัติงานของผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้าง ในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา (3) ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยส่งผลภายในและภายนอกที่มีต่อผลการปฏิบัติงานของผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้าง ในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา ประชากรในการศึกษา คือ เจ้าของหรือผู้มีอำนาจในบริษัทหรือห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด ที่ดำเนินการก่อสร้าง ในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำนวน 530 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคำนวณจากสูตรของ ทาโร่ ยามาเน่ จำนวน 228 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ การหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์แบบพหุถดถอย ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) ผลการปฏิบัติงานของผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้าง ในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับที่ดี โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยในระดับที่ดีมาก คือ ด้านประสิทธิภาพ และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับดี คือ ด้านความสามารถในการตอบสนองความต้องการของเจ้าของโครงการ (2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้าง แบ่งเป็น 2 ปัจจัย คือ ปัจจัยภายในและปัจจัยภายนอก ในภาพในภาพรวมของปัจจัยภายในอยู่ในระดับที่สำคัญมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านแรงงาน ด้านการดำเนินการจัดหาวัสดุ ด้านสถานะทางการเงิน และด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล ส่วนในภาพรวมของปัจจัยภายนอกอยู่ในระดับที่ส าคัญมากที่สุด ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านการสื่ อสารและประสานงาน และด้านรูปแบบของข้อกาหนดทางสัญญา ปัจจัยดังกล่าว ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของโครงการ คือ ภายในเวลาที่มีอยู่จำกัด ภายในงบประมาณที่ตั้งไว้ และได้งานที่มีคุณภาพ คือ การปฏิบัติงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ (3) ผลการปฏิบัติงานของผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้างในจังหวัดนครราชสีมาอยู่ในระดับที่ดี และปัจจัยภายในและปัจจัยภายนอกส่งผลมีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของผู้รับเหมาในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
The objectives of this study were (1) to study the results of work performance of the construction contractors in Nakhon Ratchasima Province; (2) to study factors affecting the work performance of the construction contractors in Nakhon Ratchasima Province; and (3) to study the relation of internal and external factors affecting work performance of the construction contractors in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The population of this study was 530 owners or limited partnership of construction company in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The sampling group consisted of 228 persons, obtained by Taro Yamane method. The research tool was a constructed questionnaire. The statistics employed for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis. The study results revealed that (1) the overall performance of the construction contractors in Nakhon Ratchasima province was at a high level in all aspects. At the highest level was the efficiency and at a high level was the customers’ responses.
