การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศการ
บริหารงานบุคลากรของบริษัทโมเดอร์นฟอร์ม อินทิเกรชั่น เซอร์วิสเซส จำกัด ระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นครอบคลุม ข้อมูลใบสมัครงาน ข้อมูลประวัติพนักงาน ข้อมูลการลา ข้อมูลการปฎิบัติงาน ข้อมูลการปรับตำแหน่งและเงินเดือน ข้อมูลการฝึกอบรม ข้อมูลประกันสังคม และข้อมูลการประเมินผลการทำงานวิธีการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศใช้หลักการของวงจรการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเริ่มจากการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของระบบ โดยสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 1 คน และเจ้าหน้าที่จำนวน 2 คน จากนั้นวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบสารสนเทศ ซึ้งประกอบด้วยเมนูหลัก 3 เมนู ได้แก่ เมนูบันทึกข้อมูล เมนูค้นหา และเมนูรายงาน การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศใช้โปรแกรม PowerBuilder 10.0 และโปรแกรมจัดการฐานข้อมูล MySQL ภายใต้ระบบปฏิบัติการ Microsoft
Windows XP ผลการวิจัยนี้ทำให้ได้ระบบสารสนเทศที่สามารถบันทึก แก้ไข และค้นหาข้อมูลผู้สมัครและพนักงาน เพื่อใช้ในการบริหารงานบุคลากรของบริษัทได้อย่างสะดวก รวดเร็ว และมีประสิทธิภาพ จากการประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อระบบสารสนเทศจากผู้ใช้ซึ่งประกอบด้วยผู้บริหาร จำนวน 1 คน และเจ้าหน้าที่ จำนวน 12 คน พบว่าผู้ใช้ส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจในการบันทึกและแก้ไขข้อมูล การค้นหาและประมวลผล การรายงานผล และภาพรวมของระบบ อยู่ในระดับมาก
The purpose of this research and development study was to develop a personnel information system for Modernform Integration Services Company Limited. The information system included data about applicants, employees, leave time clock records, promotions and salaries, training, social security, and performance evaluation. The system development life cycle methodology was used. A preliminary study was conducted through interviews with one administrator and two employees. The analysis and design of the new system were carried out accordingly. The information system consisted of 3 main menus: input menu, search menu and report menu. PowerBuilder 10.0 and MySQL under the Microsoft Windows XP operating system were used as research tools. The result showed that the information system allowed users to conveniently and efficiently store, update and retrieve data about applicants and employees for company personnel management, The evaluation of the information system by one administrator and twelve employees revealed that most users were satisfied with the system at a high level for all four functions:namely, inputting and updating, searching and processing, reporting, and the overall system.
