ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินธุรกิจของบริษัทซิบร้าอินเตอร์เนชันแนล มูบเวอร์แอนด์โลจีสติกส์ จำกัด

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินธุรกิจ (2) ระดับความสำเร็จในการดำเนินธุรกิจและ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินธุรกิจกับระดับความสำเร็จในการดำเนินธุรกิจ การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ พนักงาน บริษัทซีบร้า อินเตอร์เนชันแนล มูบเวอร์ แอนด์ โลจิสติกส์ จำกัด จำนวน 70 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน การวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช์ไนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการทดสอบความสัมพันธ์โดยการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับของปัจจัยทีมีผลต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินธุรกิจ ของ บริษัทซีบร้า อินเตอร์เนชันแนล มูบเวอร์ แอนด์ โลจิสติกส์ จำกัด อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยค่าเฉลี่ย สูงสุดได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านการควบคุมภายใน รองลงมาคือด้านทรัพยากรมนุษย์และการจัดการโซ่ อุปทานและโลจิสติกส์ (2) ระดับความสำเร็จในการดำเนินธุรกิจ ของบริษัทซีบร้า อินเตอร์ เนชันแนลมูบเวอร์ แอนด์ โลจิสติกส์ จำกัด อยู่ในระดับมากและ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินธุรกิจ กับระดับความสำเร็จในการดำเนินธุรกิจ พบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางเดียวกันในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.01

The research aimed to study (1) the level of factors affecting business success; (2) the level of business success; and (3) the relationship between factors affecting business success and the level of business success. This study was a survey research, The population consisted of 70 Seabra International Movers & Logistics Co., Ltd. employees. The questionnaire was employed to collect data. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) and Pearson correlation coefficient. The result revealed that: (1) the level of factors affecting business success at Seabra International Movers & Logistics Co., Ltd. were at the high level. The highest score was internal control, followed by human resources management, and supply chain management; (2) the level of business success of Seabra International Movers & Logistics Co., Ltd. was at the high level; and (3) with respect to relationship between the factors affecting business success and the level of business success, high level positive relationship were found at the 0.01 level of significance
