การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาทาง
วิชาการสำหรับนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นครอบคลุมข้อมูลที่จำเป็นในการจัดอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาทางวิชาการ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนา วิธีการพัฒนาระบบใช้หลักการของวงจรการพัฒนา
ระบบสารสนเทศ เริ่มจากการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของระบบ โดยสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี จำนวน 23 คน จากนั้นวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ โดยใช้โปรแกรม MS Visual Studio 2008, ASP.NET, C# และ MS SQL SERVER 2008 ภายใต้ระบบปฏิบัติการ MS Windows 7 หลังจากนั้นได้ให้ผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และเจ้าหน้าที่ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี จำนวน 110 คน ทดลองใช้และประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้น ผลการวิจัยนี้ทำให้ได้ระบบสารสนเทศที่สามารถบันทึก แก้ไข ค้นหาและแสดงผลข้อมูลเพื่อใช้ในการจัดอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาทางวิชาการสำหรับนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานีได้อย่างสะดวก รวดเร็ว และมีประสิทธิภาพ ผลการประเมินของผู้ใช้ระบบพบว่า ผู้ใช้ส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจ ทั้งการนำเข้าและแก้ไขข้อมูล การประมวลผลข้อมูล การค้นหาและแสดงผลข้อมูล และภาพรวมของระบบอยู่ในระดับมาก
The purpose of the research was to develop an information system for assigning academic advisors to Udon Thani Rajabhat University’s undergraduate students. The information system covered necessary data concerning the assignment of academic advisors. This study was research and development. The system development life cycle methodology was used. A feasibility study was conducted through interviewing 23 university personnel including administrators, faculty members and other personnel. The analysis and design of the new system were carried out accordingly. The information system was developed by using MS Visual Studio 2008, ASP.NET, C# and MS SQL SERVER 2008 under the MS Windows 7 operating system. The evaluation of the system was then carried out by 110 university personnel. The result showed that the information system allowed users to conveniently and efficiently store, update, and retrieve data for assigning academic advisors. The evaluation by the users revealed that most users were satisfied with the system at a high level in all aspects which were inputting, updating, processing, searching, reporting and the overall system.
