Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยในการตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนภาษาอังกฤษที่โรงเรียนสอนภาษาอังกฤษมีฟ้า จังหวัดสงขลา ของผู้เรียนและผู้ปกครอง และ 2) เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยในการตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนภาษาอังกฤษที่โรงเรียนสอนภาษาอังกฤษมีฟ้า จังหวัดสงขลา ของผู้เรียนและผู้ปกครองจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา อาชีพอายุ และรายได้ของผู้เรียน และผู้ปกครองกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้เรียนและผู้ปกครองของผู้เรียนที่โรงเรียนสอนภาษาอังกฤษมีฟ้า จังหวัดสงขลา จำนวน 124 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครี่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยใน การตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนภาษาอังกฤษที่โรงเรียนสอนภาษาอังกฤษมีฟ้า จังหวัดสงขลา มีค่าความเที่ยง .93 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้เรียนและผู้ปกครองใช้ปัจจัยในการตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนภาษาอังกฤษที่โรงเรียนสอนภาษาอังกฤษมีฟ้า จังหวัดสงขลา ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ปัจจัยที่ใช้ในการตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนของผู้เรียนและผู้ปกครองอยู่ ในระดับมากที่สุด คือ ด้านสภาพแวดล้อม ทำเลที่ตั้ง และอาคารสถานที่และด้านบริการและปัจจัยที่อยู่ในระดับมาก คือ ด้านค่าใช้จ่ายและด้านภาพลักษณ์และชื่อเสียง 2) เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยในการตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนภาษาอังกฤษของผู้เรียนและผู้ปกครอง จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ อายุ และรายไดเ พบว่า (1) ผู้เรียนและผู้ปกครองที่มีระดับการศึกษาแตกต่างกัน ใช้ปัจจัยในการตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนในภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน (2) ผู้เรียนที่มีอาชีพแตกต่างกันใช้ปัจจัยในการตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนแตกต่างกันในภาพรวมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 ส่วนผู้ปกครองที่มีอาชีพแตกต่างกัน ใช้ปัจจัยในการตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนไม่แตกต่างกัน (3) ผู้เรียนและผู้ปกครองที่มีอายุแตกต่างกัน ใช้ปัจจัยในการตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นด้านภาพลักษณ์และชื่อเสียง ที่ผู้ปกครองมีปัจจัยในการตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนแตกต่างกัน (4) ผู้เรียนที่มีรายได้แตกต่างกัน มีปัจจัยในการตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนในภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 ในขณะที่ผู้ปกครองที่มีรายได้แตกต่างกัน มีปัจจัยในการตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this study were 1) to study the factors affecting students and parents' decisions on choosing to study English at Mee Fall English School Songkhla province. 2) To compare the factors of students and parents' decisions on choosing to study English at Mee Fah English School. Songkhla province which classified by educational levels, careers, ages and incomes. The sample group in this study was 124 people who were the students and students’ parents at Mee Fah English School, Songkhla province selected by simple random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire about the factors affecting decisions on choosing to study English at Mee Fah English School Songkhla province. The reliability was at .93. The statistics for research were percentage, standard deviation. T-test, and variance. The research findings showed that 1) the overall of factors affecting students and parents' decisions on choosing to study English at Mee Fah English School Songkhla province were in the highest level. It was found that the factor of environment location and buildings and the factor of services were in the highest levels for factors affecting students and parents' decisions considering each sector. The high levels were the factor of expenses and die factor of image and reputation. 2) the comparisons of factors affecting students and parents' decisions on choosing to study English classified by educational level occupation, age, and income were as follows: (1) There were no significant differences in factors of students and parents’ decisions on choosing to stud}' English in general classified by different educational levels. (2) there were statistically significant differences at .05 level in factors of student’s decision on choosing to study English in general classified by different occupations, but there were no differences in factors of parents’ decisions. (3) there were no statistically significant differences in factors of students and parents’ decision on choosing to study English classified by different ages, but there were differences in the factor of image and reputation in factors of parent’s decision. (4) there were statistically significant differences at .05 level in factors of students’ decision on choosing to study English in general classified by different incomes, but there were no differences in factors of parents' decisions.
