Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยการบริหารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 (2) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยของสถานศึกษา (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยการบริหารกับความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยของสถานศึกษา และ (4) ศึกษาปัจจัยการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนระดับปฐมวัย จำนวน 361 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยการบริหารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ และความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยของสถานศึกษามีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .99 และ .98 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ปัจจัยการบริหารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ ครู การจัดการเรียนการสอน การบริการ อาคารสถานที่และสภาพแวดล้อม ความสัมพันธ์ของโรงเรียนและชุมชน ค่าธรรมเนียมการเรียนและค่าธรรมเนียมอื่นๆ (2) ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ การพัฒนาการด้านอารมณ์และจิตใจ พัฒนาการทางด้านร่างกาย พัฒนาการด้านสังคม และพัฒนาการทางด้านสติปัญญา (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยการบริหารกับความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัย โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวกในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ (4) ปัจจัยการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยของสถานศึกษา ได้แก่ การจัดการเรียนการสอน ความสัมพันธ์ของโรงเรียนกับชุมชน และการบริการ ปัจจัยทั้งหมดสามารถร่วมกันทำนายความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยของสถานศึกษาได้ร้อยละ 88.20 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The objectives of this research were (1) to study administrative factors related to parent’s satisfaction with educational management of kindergarten schools under Pathum Thani Primary Education Service Area Office 2; (2) to study parent’s satisfaction with educational management of kindergarten schools; (3) to study the relationship between the administrative factors and parent’s satisfaction with educational management of kindergarten schools; and (4) to study the administrative factors affecting parent’s satisfaction with educational management of kindergarten schools. The research sample consisted of 361 parents of primary school students, all of whom were obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire dealing with data on administrative factors and parent’s satisfaction with educational management of kindergartens school, with reliability coefficient of .97 and .98, respectively. The statistics used in data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product- moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research findings indicated that (1) the overall and by- dimension components of administrative factors related to the parent’s satisfaction with educational management of kindergartens school were rated at the high level, and the specific dimension rating means being ranked from high to low were as follows: the teacher, the teaching and learning management, the service, the buildings and environment, the school and community relationship, and other tuition and fee; (2) the overall and by- dimension satisfaction of the parent’s satisfaction with early childhood management were rated at the high level, and the specific dimension rating means being ranked from high to low were as follows: the emotional and mental development, the physical development, the social development, and the cognitive development; (3) the administrative factors positively correlated with the parent’s satisfaction with educational management of kindergartens school at the high level, which was significant at the .01 level; and (4) the administrative factors affecting parent’s satisfaction with educational management of kindergartens school were the following: the teaching and learning management, the school and community relationship, and the service. These factors could jointly predict 88.80 % of the parent’s satisfaction with educational management of kindergartens school, which was significant at the .01 level
