Abstract
วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยครั้งนี้เพื่อ (1) วิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพของวิธีเคมีในการลดความสกปรกของน้ำเสียโรงงานทำน้ำยางข้น (2) เปรียบเทียบค่าความสกปรกของน้ำเสียที่เจ้าระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียก่อนและหลังการใช้วิธีเคมี (3) วิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพของระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียก่อนและหลังการใช้วิธีเคมี และ (4) วิเคราะห์ค่าใช้จ่ายในการนำวิธีเคมีมาใช้ในการลดค่าความสกปรกของน้ำเสียโรงงานวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยครั้งนี้เพื่อ (1) วิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพของวิธีเคมีในการลดความสกปรกของน้ำเสียโรงงานวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยครั้งนี้เพื่อ (1) วิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพของวิธีเคมีในการลดความสกปรก
ของน้ำเสียโรงงานทำน้ำยางข้น (2) เปรียบเทียบค่าความสกปรกของน้ำเสียที่เจ้าระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียก่อนและหลังการใช้วิธีเคมี (3) วิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพของระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียก่อนและหลังการใช้วิธีเคมี และ (4) วิเคราะห์ค่าใช้จ่ายในการนำวิธีเคมีมาใช้ในการลดค่าความสกปรกของน้ำเสียโรงงานทำน้ำยางข้น การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งการทดลอง โดยสุ่มแบบเจาะจงศึกษาโรงงานทำน้ำยาข้นในเขตอำเภอแกลง จังหวัดระยอง จำนวน 1 โรงงาน การทดลองมีการสร้างบ่อปรับสภาพสำหรับรวบรวมน้ำล้างที่เกิดจากเครื่องปันแยกและบ่อรับน้ำยาง ถังกวนและรวมตัวเป็นตะกอน และรางแยกยาง แล้วใช้สารเคมีชนิดสารสร้าง
ตะกอนโพลีอิเลคโทรไลห์ประจุบวก เต็มลงไปในถังกวนและรวมตัวเป็นตะกอน เพื่ออาศัยกลไกการสะเทินประจุ
การเกาะติดผิวและการเชื่อมต่อกันเร่งให้เนื้อยางที่เป็นสาเหตุของความสกปรกปนเปื้อนในน้ำเสียรวมตัวเป็นตะกอนขนาดใหญ่ ทำให้สามารถลัดแยกเนื้อยางออกจากน้ำเสียได้ก่อนที่จะระบายลงสู่ระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียของโรงงาน ซึ่งการทดลองมีการเก็บตัวอย่างน้ำเสีย จำนวน 5 ครั้ง เพื่อทำการวิเคราะห์หาค่าความสกปรกของน้ำเสียเพื่อเป็นข้อมูลก่อนและหลังการใช้วิธีเคมี แล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติแบบนัน-พาราเมตริก ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) วิธีเคมีสามารถลัดแยกเนื้อยางปนเบือนออกจากน้ำเสียได้โดยมีประสิทธิภาพในการลดค่าความสกปรกในรูปของปริมาณของแข็งแขวนลอย ร้อยละ 90 ซีโอดีและบีโอดี ร้อยละ 70 นอกจากนี้เนื้อยางที่ลัดแยกออกมายังสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาการไปอุดตันตามรางระบายน้ำเสียและลดการเกิดกลิ่นเหม็น
จากการกองหมักหมมของเศษยางในบ่อบำบัดน้ำเสียได้ (2) ค่าความสกปรกในน้ำเสียที่เข้าระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียก่อนและหลังการใช้วิธีเคมี มีค่าไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 เนื่องจากจุดเก็บตัวอย่างเป็นการเก็บน้ำเสียที่เกิดขึ้นทั้งหมดของโรงงานก่อนส่งเข้าระบบบำบัดน้ำเสีย จงมีน้ำเสียจากแหล่งความสกปรกอื่นของโรงงานทำน้ำยางข้นระบายเข้าสู่ระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียด้วย (3) ประสิทธิภาพในการลดค่าความสกปรกของระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียก่อนและหลังการใช้วิธีเคมี ไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 เนื่องจากการทดลองไม่ได้มีการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียแต่อย่างใด (4) รายจ่ายคงที่ของวิธีเคมีจากการสร้างระบบเพื่อวิธีการนี้ 1,750,000 บาท รายจ่ายจากการเดินระบบ 4,816.66 บาท/วัน และมีรายรับจากการขายยางที่ได้จากการลัดแยกออกเพื่อลดความสกปรก 3,328 บาท/วัน
The main objectives of this research were (1 )to analyze the efficiency of chemical treatment for reducing the pollution of wastewater from concentrated latex factory ;(2) to compare the pollution parameters of wastewater in wastewater treatment system at pre and post chemical treatment; (3) to analyze the efficiency of the wastewater treatment system at pre and post chemical treatment and (4)To analyze costs of chemical treatment application in reducing the pollution parameters of wastewater of concentrated latex factory This research was a quasi-experimental research with purposive sampling method of a concentrated latex factory located in Klang District,Rayong Province, the experiment was conducted by construction of bulking tank for collecting cleaning water of the rubber spinning machines and rubber storage tanks, flocculation tank and settling trough. Liquild cationic polyelectrolyte was added in flocculation tank in order to formulate ionic neutralization,adsorption and bridging for accelerating the completion of flocculation of the contaminated rubber which caused pollution in wastewater.Therefore,the rubber could be separated from wastewater before discharging it into wastewater treatment system. A total of 5 wastewater treatment samples were collected for analyzing the pollution parameters of wastewater at pre and post chemical treatment with nonparametric statistic. The results of this research were (1) chemical treatment could separate the contaminated rubber from wastewater with the efficiency of pollution parameter reduction of Suspened Solids 90% Chemical Oxygen Demand and Biochemical Oxygen Demand 70% as well as the odor nuisance and pipe clogging problems of waste water plant could be significantly reduced by the aggregation of the contaminated rubber from wastewater; (2) pollution parameters in wastewater of the waste water treatment system at pre and post chemical treatment were not significantly different at the 0.05 level due to the collected sampling points were the points which the wastewater came from all areas of the whole plant before transferring into wastewater treatment system.ITiere fore, wastewater from other areas would also be transferred into the wastewater treatment system; (Sufficiency of pollution parameter reduction of wastewater system at pre and post chemical treatment was not significantly different at the 0.05 level due to the wastewater treatment system was not modified while the experiment was conducted;(4) fix costs of chemical treatment from system construction for this treatment was 1,750,000 baht, system running was 4,816.66 baht /day whereas income of rubber separated from pollution reduction was 3,328 baht /day
