ความต้องการจำเป็นในการนิเทศการสอนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 2

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพที่เป็นจริงและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการนิเทศการสอนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 2 และ 2) ศึกษาความต้องการจําเป็นในการนิเทศการสอนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปางเขต 2 จำนวน 272 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบตอบสนองคู่เกี่ยวกับสภาพที่เป็นจริงและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการนิเทศการสอนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .980 และ .982 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพที่เป็นจริงและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการนิเทศการสอนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 2) ความต้องการจำเป็นในการนิเทศการสอนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของสถานศึกษา เรียงตามลำดับ ดังนี้ (1) การสร้างและพัฒนาเครือข่ายการนิเทศ (2) การใช้สื่อการเรียนรู้และเทคโนโลยีเพื่อสนับสนุนการนิเทศ (3) การนิเทศการสอนเพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 (4) การประยุกต์ใช้ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในการนิเทศการสอน (5) การนิเทศการสอนโดยคำนึงถึงความแตกต่างทางวัฒนธรรม และ (6) การนิเทศการสอนโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของครู

The purposes of tins study were 1) to study the actual conditions and desirable conditions of instructional supervision in the 21s century of schools under Lanipang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; and 2) to prioritize die needs for instructional supervision in die 213 century of schools under Lanipang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research sample consisted of272 teachers in schools under Lanipang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The employed research instrument was a dual response questionnaire, dealing with data on the actual conditions and desirable conditions of instructional supervision in the 21* century of schools, with the reliability coefficients of .980 and .982, respectively. The research data were analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and PNImodified. The research findings showed that 1) both the overall and specific aspects of the actual conditions and desirable conditions of instructional supervision in the 21* century' of schools under Lanipang Primary' Educational Service Area Office 2 were at the high level: and 2) the needs for instructional supervision were ranked based on their priorities as follows: (1) the establishing and developing a network of the supervision (2) the using learning materials and technology to support the instructional supervision: (3) the—instructional supervision to promote skill development in the 21st century, (4) the application of Professional Learning Community in the instructional supervision; (5) the—instructional supervision in consideration of cultural differences; and (6) the instructional supervision with the participation of teachers
