Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการ
นิเทศการพยาบาลของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 17 (2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลการบันทึกการพยาบาลของโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 17 และ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการนิเทศการพยาบาลของหัวหนัาหอผู้ป่วยกับประสิทธิผลการบันทึกการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 17 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวชาชีพที่ ปฎิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 17 จำนวน 328 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน คือ ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พฤติกรรมการนิเทศงานของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย ประสิทธิผลการบันทึกการพยาบาล ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนี้อหาและวิเคราะห์หาความเที่ยงของส่วนที่ 2 และ 3 ได้เท่ากับ .97 และ .96 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) พฤติกรรมการนิเทศการพยาบาลของหัวหนัาหอผู้ป่วย ตามการ
รับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ มีค่าเฉลี่ย โดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับสูง (2) ประสิทธิผลการบันทึกการพยาบาล ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ มีค่าเฉลี่ย โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการนิเทศการพยาบาลของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยด้านความรู้ ด้านเจตคติ และด้านทักษะมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับประสิทธิผลการบันทึกการพยาบาล ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purposes of this descriptive study were: (1) to study supervisory behavior of Head Nurses , (2) to study the effectiveness of Nurse’s Note, and (3) to study the relationship between the supervisory behavior of head nurses and the effectiveness of Nurse’s Note at community hospitals, Public Health Inspection Region 17. The sample comprised 328 professional nurses who worked at community hospitals, Public Health Inspection Region 17. They were selected by stratified random sampling technique. Questionnaires were used as research tools and comprised three sections: demographic data, supervisory behavior and effectiveness of nurse’s note. The questionnaires were tested for validity and reliability. The reliability of the second and the third sections were .97 and .96 respectively. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The major findings were as follows. (1) Professional nurses rated supervisory behavior of their head nurse at the high level. (2) They rated their effectiveness of nurse’s note at the high level. (3) There were significantly positive relationships between the supervisory behavior of head nurses in terms of knowledge, attitudes, skills and the effectivesness of nurse’s note reports at moderate level (P<.01).
