การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำแบบอย่างของ
หัวหน้างานการพยาบาล ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนเขต 13 (2) ศึกษาระดับความสุขในการทำงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนเขต 13 และ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำแบบอย่างของหัวหน้างานการพยาบาลกับความสุขในการทำงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนเขต 13
กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขต 13 จำนวน
346 คน ปฏิบัติงานกับหัวหน้างานการพยาบาลคนปัจจุบันมาแล้วไม่นัอยกว่า 1 ปี โดยไช้วิธีสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น และวิธีสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำแบบอย่างของหัวหน้างานการพยาบาลและความสุขในการทำงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ค่าคัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหา เท่ากับ .90 และ .94 ตามลำดับ ค่าความคงที่ภายในใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบราค เท่ากับ .95 และ .88 ตามลำดับ การวิเคราะห์ช้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณา โดยใช้ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าภาวะผู้นำของหัวหน้างานการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง ความสุขในการทำงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูงภาวะผู้นำแบบอย่างของหัวหน้างานการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกระดับปานกลางกับความสูง ในการทำงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
A descriptive study was conducted to determine (1) the level of Nursing Administrators Exemplary Leadership, (2) the level of Joy at Work of Professional Nurses in Community Hospitals Region 13, and the relationship between Nursing Administrators Exemplary Leadership and Joy at work of Professional Nurses in Community Hospitals Region 13. Samples were 346 Professional nurses working under the present head nurses more than one year. Selected by stratified random sampling and simple random sampling technique. The instruments were joy at work questionnaire, nursing administrators exemplary leadership questionnaire. Their content validity index (CVI) were .90 and .94 respectively, while their Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient were .95 and .88 respectively. Statistical use for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results of this study showed that (1) the mean score of Nursing Administrators Leadership was at high level; (2) the mean score of Joy at Work of Professional Nurses was at high level; (3)there were significantly positive relationship at middle level between Nursing Administrators Exemplary Leadership and Joy at Work of Professional Nurses at 0 .01 level of significance.
