Abstract
การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตลุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความสามารถในการบริหารของบริษัทที่ประกอบธุรกิจก่อสร้างขนาดใหญ่ ในด้านสภาพคล่องของกิจการ ความสามารถในการจัดการหนี้สิน ความสามารถในการจัดการสินทรัพย์ความสามารถในการทำกำไร และมูลค่าตลาดของกิจการ ประชากรที่ศึกษาคือ งบการเงินของบริษัทที่ประกอบธุรกิจก่อสร้างขนาดใหญ่ ที่จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ.2549-2553 จำนวน 7 บริษัท โดยผูศึกษาได้นำค่าตัวเลขของรายการ ทางบัญชีในงบการเงินทั้ง 5 ปี มาคำนวณหาอัตราส่วนทางการเงิน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ด้านสภาพคล่องของกิจการบริษัทก่อสร้างขนาดใหญ่มีแนวโน้มปรับตัวดี ขึ้นอย่างต่อเนี้อง ค่าเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มบริษัทก่อสร้างขนาดใหญ่มีแนวโน้มเพิ่มสูงขึ้น และมีค่ามากกว่า 1 เท่าทุกปี แสดงว่าบริษัทก่อสร้างขนาดใหญ่ยังคงรักษาสภาพคล่องได้ดี (2) ต้านความสามารถในการจัดการหนี้สินพบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มบริษัทก่อสร้างขนาดใหญ่มีแนวโน้มปรับตัวลดลงใกล้เคียงกับค่าเฉลี่ยอุตสาหกรรม และพบว่าบริษัทก่อสร้างขนาดใหญ่มีความสามารถในการจัดการหนี้สินและ มีความสามารถในการชำระดอกเบี้ยได้ดีขึ้น (3) ด้านความสามารถในการจัดการสินทรัพย์พบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มบริษัทก่อสร้างขนาดใหญ่มีแนวโน้มปรับตัวลดลงแต่ยังคงสูงกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยอุตสาหกรรมในทุกอัตราส่วน แสดงว่าบริษัทก่อสร้างขนาดใหญ่สามารถบริหาร สินทรัพย์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ (4) ด้านความสามารถในการทำกำไรพบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มบริษัทก่อสร้างขนาด ใหญ่มีแนวโน้มปรับตัวสูงขึ้นแต่ยังตากว่าค่าเฉลี่ยอุตสาหกรรมในทุกอัตราส่วน แสดงว่าบริษัทก่อสร้างขนาด ใหญ่อาจไต้รับผลกระทบจากการปฏิวัติในปีพ.ศ.2549 ตลอดจนภาวะเศรษฐกิจถดถอยในปี พ.ศ.2550 (5) ด้านมูลค่าตลาดของกิจการพบว่าบริษัทก่อสร้างขนาดใหญ่มีแนวโน้มปรับตัวดีขึ้นในทุกอัตราส่วน โดยที่ค่าเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มบริษัทก่อสร้างขนาดใหญ่ตากว่าค่าเฉลี่ยของอุตสาหกรรม แสดงว่ามูลค่าตลาดของบริษัท ก่อสร้างขนาดใหญ่มีแนวโน้มเพี่มสูงขึ้น
This independent study is aimed to evaluate the management capability of a large construction business by the liquidity of the business, theability to manage debt, asset management capability, the ability to make a profit and market value of the business. The population of this study was the financial statements of a large construction business which had listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since B.E. 2006 – 2010 for 7 companies. The study had taken up a number of accounting entries in the financial statements with in 5 years for calculating of financial ratios. The finding of this study showed that: (1) the liquidity of a large construction business tended to improve continuously with the average of large construction companies group were likely to rise with double greater every year that showed a large construction business continued to maintain liquidity; ( 2) the ability to manage debt was found in the average of the large construction business tended to decrease close to industrial averagebuta large construction business had the ability to manage their debt and pay interestbetter; (3) asset management capability was found the average of the large construction business were likely to decline but still higher than the industry average in all ratios moreover a large construction businesswere able to manage assets effectively; (4) the ability to make a profit was found the average of large construction business group were increase, but these was still lower than the industrial average in all ratio by the way a large construction business might be affected by the revolution in B.E. 2006 as well as a recession in B.E.2007 and; (5) market value of the business was found a large construction business was improved in all ratios by the average of a large construction business group was lower than the industry average so the market value of large construction business were likely to increase
