Abstract
วัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการฯ คือ 1) เพื่อจัดเก็บข้อมูลติดตามการใช้งานโปรแกรมบริการข้อมูลประชาชนของศาลแขวงพระนครศรีอยุธยา 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์สรุปผลข้อมูลการติดตามการใช้งานโปรแกรมการบริการข้อมูลประชาชน 3) เพื่อปรับปรุงโปรแกรมบริการข้อมูลประชาชนของศาลแขวงพระนครศรีอยุธยาจากการวิเคราะห์และประเมินผลการใช้งานระบบ การดำเนินโครงการแบ่งเป็น 3 ขั้นตอนหลัก คือ 1) พัฒนาระบบติดตามการใช้งานโดยใช้หลักการของการอ้างอิงลำดับการเกิดแหตุการณ์ (Event Driven Approach) ในรูปแบบ log file 2) วิเคราะห์ และประเมินผลผลจากข้อมูลที่จัดเก็บใน log file และ 3) ปรับปรุงโปรแกรมฯ เพื่อให้บริการได้อย่างเหมาะสมกับผู้ใช้งานแต่ละกลุ่ม ดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลตั้งแต่เดือนพฤศจิกายน ถึง ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2557 เครื่องมือในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ Microsoft Access และ Microsoft Excel ผลการดำเนินงานพบว่า มีกลุ่มผู้ใช้ทั้งหมด 7 ประเภท ผู้เข้ามาใช้บริการมากที่สุดคือ ทนายความ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 67.13 จำนวนประเภทข้อมูลที่เตรียมไว้สำหรับใช้ค้นหาจำนวน 17 รายการ ถูกใช้ไปเพียง 8 รายการเท่านั้น โดยข้อมูลที่มีการเรียกใช้งานมากที่สุดคือประเภทหมายเลขดำ คิดเป็น ร้อยละ 74.80 และจากรายละเอียดคดีที่แสดงผลทั้งหมด 9 รายการ มีผู้สนใจดูรายละเอียดข้อมูลของคดีทั่วไปมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 54.86 ผลการดำเนินงานจากข้อมูลที่วิเคราะห์ทำให้มีการออกแบบจอภาพใหม่ ทำให้การค้นหาข้อมูล สะดวกขึ้น โดยการตัดรายการค้นหาที่ไม่ถูกใช้งานออกไป เพื่อเพิ่มพื้นที่การใช้งานบนหน้าจอ ทำให้เกิดความชัดเจนของข้อความมากยิ่งขึ้น และสามารถจัดลำดับประเภทข้อมูลที่ถูกใช้ค้นหา หรือรายละเอียดข้อมูลที่ถูกเรียกใช้
บ่อยๆ ให้อยู่ใกล้กัน เพื่อความสะดวกมากยิ่งขึ้น ผู้ใช้ระบบได้ให้ข้อเสนอแนะคือ ผู้ใช้ต้องการให้โปรแกรมค้นหาข้อมูลได้เร็วขึ้น มีคู่มือการใช้งานสำหรับผู้ใช้ใหม่ และสามารถเข้าถึงได้จากอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ เช่น สมาร์ทโฟน หรือแท็บเล็ต
The objectives of this project were 1) to collect usage tracking data of the Public Data Service System of Phranakhonsriayutthaya Kwaeng Court 2) to analyze the collected usage tracking data 3) to improve the Public Data Service System of Phranakhonsriayutthaya Kwaeng Court based on analysed and evaluated results. The project consisted of three phases as follows: 1) To develop the usage tracking system based on event driven approach using log files. 2) To analyze the collected usage tracking data from the log files 3) To improve the Public Data Service System by redesigning and modifying the current system based on the collected usage tracking data to serve users more appropriately. Data collection was conducted during November – December 2014. The analysis and evaluation tools were Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel. The results of the project were found as follows: The major users were lawyers, which were 67% out of total users. There were 7 categories of users. All data for service were classified in 17 types, but only 8 types were used. Most requested usage information were the Black Number Cases as of 74.8%. All cases types available were provides in 9 case types. The enquries of case type was General Case Type data which was 54.86% out of total usage. As findings, the project then redesign search pages to be clearer and easier to use by removing the less useful and unused data categories. Moreover, users gave recommend for system improvement such as faster search response time, and accessible by mobile devices such as smart phone or tablet
