การจัดการความรู้ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตรัง เขต 1

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพการจัดการความรู้ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตรัง เขต 1 และ (2) เปรียบเทียบสภาพการจัดการ ความรู้ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตรัง เขต 1 จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตวัอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 102 คน และครูผู้สอน 203 คนรวมทั้งสิ้น 305 คน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตรัง เขต 1 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบมาตรประมาณ ค่ามีความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .84 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการทดสอบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การจัดการความรู้ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตรัง เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านมีการปฏิบัติในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านการกำหนดความรู้ ด้านการแสวงหาและสร้างองค์ความรู้ ด้านการถ่ายโอนความรู้และนำไปใช้ และด้านการจัดเก็บความรู้ (2) เปรียบเทียบการจัดการความรู้ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตรัง เขต 1 จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน พบว่า โรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกันมีการจัดการความรู้ในสถานศึกษาแตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายคู่ พบว่า โรงเรียนขนาดกลางมีการจัดการความรู้ในสถานศึกษาด้านการแสวงหาและสร้างองค์ความรู้ ด้านการจัดเก็บความรู้ และด้านการถ่ายโอนความรู้และนำไปใช้มากกว่าโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่และโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The purposes of this research were (1) to study conditions of knowledge management in schools under the Office of Trang Primary Education Service Area 1; and (2) to compare conditions of knowledge management in schools under the Office of Trang Primary Education Service Area 1, as classified by school size. The sample totaling 305 school personnel consisted of 102 administrators and 203 teachers in schools under the Office of Trang Primary Education Service Area 1. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire with reliability coefficient of .84. The statistics used for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, ANOVA, and Sheffe’s method for pair-wise comparison. The findings indicated that (1) both the overall and by-aspect conditions of knowledge management in schools under the Office of Trang Primary Education Service Area 1 were rated at the high level; aspects of knowledge management could be ranked as follows: the aspect of knowledge identification, the aspect of knowledge acquisition and construction, the aspect of knowledge transfer and implementation, and the aspect of knowledge storage, respectively; and (2) regarding comparison results of conditions of knowledge management in schools of different sizes under the Office of Trang Primary Education Service Area 1, it was found that schools of different sizes differed significantly in their conditions of knowledge management; when pair-wise comparison was undertaken, medium sized schools were found to differ significantly at the .05 level from large schools and small schools in the knowledge management aspects of knowledge acquisition and construction, knowledge storage, and knowledge transfer and implementation.
