วิสัยทัศน์และผลการดำเนินงานด้านการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรม สำหรับผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1)ศึกษาวิสัยทัศน์ด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร (2)ศึกษาผลการดำเนินงานด้านการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมสำหรับผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร และ (3)เปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานด้านการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมสำหรับผู้เรียน จำแนกตามการมีและไม่มีข้อความวิสัยทัศน์ด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ โรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร 222 โรงเรียน จำแนกเป็นโรงเรียนที่มีข้อความวิสัยทัศน์ด้านคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม 188 โรงเรียนและโรงเรียนที่ไม่มีข้อความวิสัยทัศน์ด้านคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม 34 โรงเรียน สุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ (1)แบบบันทึกผลการศึกษาข้อความวิสัยทัศน์ของโรงเรียนและ (2) แบบบันทึกผลการดำเนินงานด้านการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมสาหรับผู้เรียนสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าทีผลการวิจัยพบว่า1) โรงเรียนที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 222 โรงเรียน แบ่งเป็นโรงเรียนที่มีข้อความวิสัยทัศน์ด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม จำนวน 188 โรงเรียน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 84.68 และ โรงเรียนที่ไม่มีข้อความวิสัยทัศน์ด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม จำนวน 34 โรงเรียน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 15.32 2) ผลการดำเนินงานด้านการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมสำหรับผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครแยกตามการมีและไม่มีข้อความวิสัยทัศน์ด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรมมีผลการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับดีมากทั้งสองกลุ่ม 3 )การเปรียบเทียบผลการดำเนินงานด้านการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมสำหรับผู้เรียนไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05

The purposes of this study were(1)to study the vision on morality and ethics of schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration; (2)to study performance results on moral and ethical development for students of schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration; and (3)to compare performance results on moral and ethical development for students of schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, as classified by the state of having, or not having, vision statement on morality and ethics. The research sample consisted of 222 randomly selected schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, classified into 188 schools with vision statement on morality and ethics and 34 schools without vision statement on morality and ethics. The employed research instruments were (1) a form for recording the school’s vision statement on morality and ethics; and (2) a form for recording the school’s performance results on moral and ethical development for students. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Research findings were that (1)out of 222 schools in the sample, 188 schools, or 84.68 per cent, had vision statements on morality and ethics, while 34 schools, or 15.32 per cent,did not have such statements; (2) regarding the performance results on moral and ethical development for students, both the schools in the group with statements on morality and ethics and those in the group without statement on morality and ethics had performance results at the very good level; and (3) the schools in the two different groups did not differ in their performance results on moral and ethical development for students at the .05 level of statistical significance.
