Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทางสังคมและเศรยฐกิจของเกษตรกร 2) สภาพการใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชของเกษตรกร 3) พฤติกรรมการใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชของเกษตรกร 4) การส่งเสริมความรู้จากแหล่งต่างๆเกี่ยวกับการใช้สารเคมืป้องกันกำจัดศัตรูพืช 5) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมการใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชของเกษตรกร ประชากรในการวิจัยคือ เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวที่ใช้สารเคมีป้องกันกำจัดศัตรูพืชในนาข้าวที่ขึ้นทะเบียนและปรับปรุงทะเบียนเกษตรกร ปี 2562/2563 จากระบบฐานข้อมูลทะเบียนเกษตรกร กรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 777 คนกำหนดขนาคของกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 267 ราย ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภายณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 มีประสบการณ์ในการทำนาเฉลี่ย 24.94 ปี จำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือน เฉลี่ย 3.90 คน มีขนาคพื้นที่ปลูกข้าวเฉลี่ย 16.56 ไร่ มีรายได้ของครัวเรือนเกษตรกร เฉลี่ย 49,933 บาท /ปีรายจ่ายในการลงทุนปลูกข้าวในรอบปี 2562/2563 เฉลี่ย 11,815.65 บาท /ปี ส่วนใหญ่มีแหล่งเงินทุนมาจากธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ มีรายจ่ายค่าสารเคมีป้องกันกำจัดศัตรูพืช เฉลี่ย 544.16 บาท/ปี 2) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้สารเคมีป้องกันกำจัดศัตรูพืชในนาข้าว เฉลี่ย 7.07 ปี ในรูปแบบของเหลวหรือน้ำมันข้น ประเภหป้องกันกำจัดโรคข้าว ความถี่ในการใช้เฉลี่ย 1.27 (ครั้ง/ปี) และเกษตรกรมีการเลือกใช้สารสกัดจากธรรมชาติแทนการใช้สารเคมีป้องกันกำจัดศัตรูพืช 3) พฤติกรรมการใช้สารเคมืป้องกันกำจัดศัตรูพืชของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าว ได้แก่ พฤติกรรมก่อนการใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืช พฤติกรรมระหว่างใช้สารเคมีป้องกันกำจัดศัตรูพืชและพฤติกรรมหลังใช้สารเคมีป้องกันกำจัดศัตรูพืช พบว่าเกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่ มีการปฏิบัติถูกต้องตามหลักปฏิบัติ 4 การส่งเสริมความรู้จากแหล่งต่างๆเกี่ยวกับการใช้สารเคมืป้องกันกำจัดศัตรูพืช พบว่าเกษตรกรได้รับความรู้อยู่ในเกณฑ์น้อยที่สุด เกษตรกรทั้งหมดมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้สารเคมีป้องกันกำจัดศัตรูพืชที่ถูกต้องโดยเฉลี่ยมีความรู้อยู่ในระดับมาก 5) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการใช้สารเคมีป้องกันกำจัดศัตรูพืชในนาข้าวและกำแนะนำควรมีการส่งเสริมความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้วิธีการอื่นๆที่ไม่ใช้สารเคมีซึ่งสามารถช่วยลดต้นทุนการผลิต
The objectives of this research were to study 1) social and economic conditions of farmers 2) the application of chemical pesticides condition of farmers 3) the application of chemical pesticides behavior of farmers 4) knowledge extension from various resources in the application of chemical pesticides 5) problems and suggestions regarding the extension in the application of chemical pesticides of farmers. The population of this research were 777 rice production farmers in the application of chemical pesticides in the rice field who registered and modified the farmer registration in the year 2019/20 from agricultural registration database system of the department of agricultural extension. The sample size of 267 people was determined by using simple random sampling method. Data were collected through conducting interview and were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and content analysis. The results of the research showed that 1) most of the farmers were male, completed grade 6 of primary school education, and had the average rice production experience of 24.94 years. The average members in the household were 3.90 people with the average rice production area of 16.56 Rai. The average household income of the farmers was 49,933 Baht/year and the annual average expenses in the rice production investment in the year 2019/2020 were 11,815.65 baht/year. Most of them received funding from Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives with the average expense in chemical pesticides of 544.16 baht/year. 2) Most of the farmers had the average experience in the application of chemical pesticides in the rice field of 7.07 years in the form of liquid or thick oil and rice disease protection type. The average application frequency was 1.27 (time/year). There was also farmers that applied bio-extract substances instead of using chemical pesticides. 3) The behavior in the application of chemical pesticides of rice production farmers from most of the farmers practiced correctly according to the practice principles. 4) Knowledge extension from various resources about the application of chemical pesticides revealed that they received knowledge at the Lowest level. The entire farmers had the average knowledge about the correct application of chemical pesticides at the high level. 5) Most of the farmers did not encounter with the problem about the application of chemical pesticides in the rice field And advice should be Knowledge extension about the use of alternative non-chemical methods which can help reduce production costs.
