Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) สภาพทางสังคม และเศรษฐกิจ (2) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการศัตรูพืชด้วยวิธีผสมผสาน (3) การยอมรับการจัดการศัตรูพืชด้วยวิธีผสมผสาน (4) ความต้องการการส่งเสริมการจัดการศัตรูพืชด้วยวิธีผสมผสานของเกษตรกรและ (5) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการจัดการศัตรูพืชด้วยวิธีผสมผสานของเกษตรกร ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวในอำเภอบ่อเกลือ ที่ขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกรกับกรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร ปีการเพาะปลูก 2561/62 จำนวน 504 ราย กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้สูตรของ Yamane ระดับความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.07 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 145 ราย รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้ แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าสูงสุด ค่าต่ำสุด ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการจัดอันดับ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุเฉลี่ย 46.9 ปี ส่วนใหญ่จบการศึกษาระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา เป็นสมาชิกศูนย์ข้าวชุมชน มีจำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือนที่ช่วยทำการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 3.69 คน มีพื้นที่ทำการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 13.12 ไร่ มีรายได้ภาคการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 11,539.86 บาท ต่อปี และมีรายได้นอกภาคการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 21,073.79 บาทต่อปี ต้นทุนการผลิตข้าวเฉลี่ย 1,984.89 บาทต่อไร่ ผลผลิตข้าวเฉลี่ย 332.72 กิโลกรัม ต่อไร่ (2) ความรู้ความเข้าใจเรื่องการจัดการศัตรูพืชด้วยวิธีผสมผสาน เกษตรกรมีความรู้ด้านพันธุ์ที่เหมาะสมมากที่สุด และมีความรู้ด้านการใช้วิธีกลน้อยที่สุด (3) การยอมรับเกี่ยวกับการจัดการศัตรูพืชด้วยวิธีผสมผสาน เกษตรกรยอมรับในด้านการลดต้นทุนเพิ่มผลผลิตเกี่ยวกับการทำให้ผลผลิตเพิ่มสูงขึ้นมากที่สุด (4) ด้านความต้องการส่งเสริมการจัดการศัตรูพืชด้วยวิธีผสมผสาน ด้านการใช้พันธุ์ต้านทาน เกษตรกรมีความต้องการใช้พันธุ์ข้าวที่ต้านทานต่อโรคและแมลงมากที่สุด (5) ปัญหาในการจัดการศัตรูพืชด้วยวิธีผสมผสาน เกษตรกรมีปัญหาด้านความรู้เรื่องการจัดการศัตรูพืชโดยการใช้สารป้องกันและกำจัดศัตรูพืช การปฏิบัติ และขาดสถานที่เก็บเมล็ดพันธุ์ที่เหมาะสม ข้อเสนอแนะ เกษตรกรต้องหมั่นค้นคว้าหาความรู้เรื่องการจัดการศัตรูพืชโดยวิธีผสมผสาน และควรให้ความสำคัญในการควบคุมศัตรูพืชโดยวิธีผสมผสานเพื่อให้การควบคุมศัตรูพืชมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลยิ่งขึ้น
The objectives of this research were to study farmers in Bo Kluea District, Nan Province in the following issues: (1) socio-economic condition, (2) knowledge of Pest management with Integrated Pest Management (3) adoption of Integrated Pest Management (4) extension need of Integrated pest management (5) problems and suggestions. The population of 504 consisted of rice farmers in in Bo Kluea District, Nan Province who registered as rice growers of department of agriculture extension in the crop year 2018/19. The 145 sample size was based on Taro Yamane formula with 7 % variation. Structured interview was used for data collection. Statistics used were frequency, percentage, average, minimum, maximum, standard deviation and ranking. The results indicated the following: (1) Most of the farmers were male with the average age of 46.90 years and finished primary school; A member of the Community Rice Center. The average number of household members that in agriculture were 3.69. The average agricultural area were 13.12 rai. The average agricultural income were 11,539.86 baht. And the average non-agricultural income were 21,073.79 baht. The average rice production cost were 1,984.89 baht per rai. The average rice yield were 332.72 kilogram per rai. (2) Knowledge of Pest management with Integrated Pest Management were the most suitable varieties and the least knowledge of mechanical methods. (3) Adoption of Integrated Pest Management with using a combination method, the farmers agree to reduce costs and increase productivity. (4) extension need of Integrated pest management to use of resistance varieties. Farmers also have the most demand for rice varieties that resistant to diseases and insects. (5) problems of Pest management with Integrated Pest Management of knowledge of pest management through the use of pesticides and practices and lack of suitable seed storage locations. Regarding recommendation of searching for knowledge about pest management by incorporating methods. And should be given to the integrated method for pest control to be more efficient and effective
