การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ปัจจัขแรงจูงใจของพนักงาน สังกัด รองผู้ว่าการธุรกิจเกี่ยวเนื่อง การไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย (2) ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงาน สังกัด รองผู้ว่าการธุรกิจเกี่ยวเนื่อง การ ไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยประชากรศาสตร์กับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงาน สังกัด รองผู้ว่าการธุรกิจเกี่ยวเนื่อง การไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย (4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยจูงใจกับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงาน สังกัด รองผู้ว่าการธุรกิจเกี่ยวเนื่อง การ ไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย (s) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยค้ำจุนกับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงาน สังกัด รองผู้ว่าการธุรกิจเกี่ยวเนื่อง การ ไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ พนักงานสังกัด รองผู้ว่าการธุรกิจเกี่ยวเนื่อง การ ไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย จำนวน 2,433 คน การกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามวิธีของทาโร ยามาเน่ มีระดับความเชื่อมั่นอยู่ที่ร้อยละ 95 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 350 คน ใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานค่าไคสแคร์ และวิเคราะห์หาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ปัจจัขแรงจูงใจของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีระดับความสำคัญโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ปัจจัยจูงใจอยู่ในระดับมาก และปัจจัยค้ำจุนอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน มีระดับความสำคัญระดับมาก โดยมีความเห็นต่อด้านค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยประชากรศาสตร์กับประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน พบว่า เพศกับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานค้านค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินงาน และอายุ สถานภาพ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ กับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานด้านคุณภาพงาน ด้านปริมาณงาน ด้านระยะเวลาในการดำเนินงาน และ ตำแหน่งงานกับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานด้านคุณภาพงาน ด้านปริมาณงาน ด้านระยะเวลาในการดำเนินงาน ด้านค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินงาน และอายุงานกับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานค้านปริมาณงาน ด้านระยะเวลาในการดำเนินงาน มีความสัมพันธ์กันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 (4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยจูงใจ กับประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ภายในระหว่างตัวแปรมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 (5) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยค้ำจุน กับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ภายในระหว่างตัวแปรมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
This study aims to study: (1) motivation factors of personnel under Deputy Governor – Power Business of Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand; (2) efficiency performance of personnel under Deputy Governor –Power Business of Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand; (3) the relationship between individual factors and efficiency performance of personnel under Deputy Governor – Power Business of Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand; (4) the relationship between motivation factors and efficiency performance of personnel under Deputy Governor – Power Business of Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand; and (5) the relationship between maintenance factors and efficiency performance of personnel under Deputy Governor – Power Business of Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand. The population employed in this study was 2,433 personnel under Deputy Governor – Power Business of Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand. The sample size was calculated by using Taro Yamane’s formula as a total of 350 samples, using stratified random sampling. The instruments used to collect data was a questionnaire. The data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, chi-square and Pearson Correlation. The result showed that: (1) motivation factors of respondents were at a high level. Both motivation and maintenance factors were at a high level. (2) Efficiency performance of personnel was at a high level, in which the level of operation cost was at the highest level. (3) The relationship between individual factors and efficiency performance was founded that gender and efficiency performance in operation cost was correlated significantly at 0.05 level. Age, status, education, income was correlated with efficiency performance in quality of work, quantity of work and operation period significantly at 0.05 level. Position and efficiency performance in quality of work, quantity of work, operation period and operation cost were correlated significantly at 0.05 level. Experience and efficiency performance in quantity of work and operation period were correlated significantly at 0.05 level. (4) The relationship between motivation factors and efficiency performance was positively correlated significantly at 0.01 level. (5) The relationship between maintenance factors and efficiency performance was positively correlated significantly at 0.01 level.
