Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษางานวิจัยด้านการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2547 – 2556 และ และ (2) วิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหางานวิจัยด้านการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2547 – 2556 การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้การสืบค้นจากฐานข้อมูลเอกสารฉบับเดิมของเครือข่ายห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยไทย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบวิเคราะห์งานวิจัย การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ การหาค่าร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ระหว่างปี พ. ศ. 2547 - 2556 มีวิทยานิพนธ์และการค้นคว้าอิสระที่นาเสนอต่อมหาวิทยาลัยจำนวนทั้งหมด 93 เรื่อง ปีที่มีการพิมพ์งานวิจัยการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษามากที่สุดคือ ปี 2551 จำนวน 15 เรื่อง คิดเป็นร้อยละ16.13 และปีที่มีการพิมพ์น้อยที่สุด คือ ปี 2556 จำนวน 4 เรื่อง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 4.30 มีการทาวิจัยที่มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นมากที่สุดจำนวน 18 เรื่อง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 19.35 รองลงมาคือมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎมหาสารคามจำนวน 16 เรื่องคิด เป็นร้อยละ17.20 และ (2) ประเด็นที่ศึกษาของงานวิจัยการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาระหว่างปี พ. ศ. 2547 - 2556 พบว่าเป็นการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการจัดระบบบริหารและสารสนเทศมากที่สุด จำนวน 38 เรื่อง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 40.86 รองลงมาคือการประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษา จานวน 29 เรื่อง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 31.18 สาหรับกระบวนการทางานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา ใช้กระบวนการ PDCA การมีส่วนร่วม การศึกษาดูงาน การจัดประชุม การจัดวางตัวบุคคลให้เหมาะกับงาน การจัดระบบงาน การใช้ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารและการนิเทศติดตาม
The purposes of this research were (1) to study research studies on Internal Quality Assurance in School submitted as theses or independent studies to state universities in the North Eastern Region during B.E. 2547 – 2556; and (2) to analyze and synthesize the contents of research studies on Internal Quality Assurance in School submitted to state universities in the North Eastern Region during B.E. 2547 – 2556. Data concerning theses and independent studies on the topic were retrieved from the original documentary database of Thai University Libraries Network. The employed research instrument was a research analysis form. Data were analyzed using the frequency, percentage, and content synthesis. Research findings showed that (1) during B.E. 2547 – 2556, the total number of theses and independent studies on the topic submitted to the universities was 93 titles; the year with the largest number of research studies on the topic being submitted was B.E. 2551, with 15 titles or 16.13 per cent; while the year with the smallest number of research studies being submitted was B.E. 2556, with 4 titles or 4.30 percent; the largest number of them, 18 titles or 19.35 percent was submitted to Khon Kaen University, followed by 16 titles or 17.20 percent submitted to Maha Sarakham Rajabhat University; and (2) regarding the issues being studied under the topic of Internal Quality Assurance in School during B.E. 2547 – 2556, it was found that studies on management of the administration and information system were the most numerous, with 38 titles or 40.86 percent, followed by studies on educational quality evaluation, with 29 titles or 31.18 percent; the operational processes of internal quality assurance in school included the PDCA process, participatory process, field study process, organizing conferences process, personnel placement process, and work system management process; also, there were studies on leadership of the administrators and monitoring and supervision by the administrators in order to ensure that work performances by the school personnel were complete, correct and up-to-date resulting in successful implementation of internal quality assurance in school.
