Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยด้านเศรษฐกิจของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ 2) การมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกในการดำเนินธุรกิจกับสหกรณ์ 3) ปัจจัยด้านสหกรณ์ที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการทำธุรกิจของสมาชิก 4) ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินธุรกิจของสมาชิก และ 5) ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะของสมาชิกในการมีส่วนร่วมดำเนินธุรกิจกับสหกรณ์ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ สมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรเมืองลำปางทั้งหมด 2,225 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง โดยเลือกประธานกลุ่มและเลขานุการกลุ่มที่เป็นสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรเมืองลำปาง จำกัด จำนวน 75 กลุ่มๆ ละ 2 คน รวม 150 คน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบไคสแควร์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สมาชิกสหกรณ์ ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุอยู่ในช่วง 41 ถึง 50 ปี จบประถมศึกษา เป็นสมาชิก 20 ปี ขึ้นไป ดำรงตำแหน่งประธานกลุ่มและเลขานุการกลุ่มระยะเวลา 4 ถึง 6 ปี ขนาด ที่ดินทำการเกษตร 1 ถึง 15 ไร่ ใช้เงินลงทุนด้านการเกษตร 40,001 ถึง 60,000 บาทต่อปี รายได้ในครัวเรือน 110,001 ถึง 140,000 บาทต่อปี รายจ่ายในครัวเรือน 30,001 ถึง 60,000 บาทต่อปี 2) สมาชิกมีส่วนร่วมในธุรกิจรับ ฝากเงินร้อยละ 96 ธุรกิจสินเชื่อร้อยละ 85.34 ธุรกิจจัดหาสินค้ามาจำหน่ายและธุรกิจรวบรวมผลิตผลร้อยละ 100 3) ปัจจัยด้านสหกรณ์ที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการทำธุรกิจของสมาชิกระดับมากสุด คือ ความมั่นคงของ สหกรณ์ 4) ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินธุรกิจของสมาชิก พบว่า ธุรกิจรับฝาก เงินมีความสัมพันธ์กับปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยด้านสหกรณ์ ธุรกิจสินเชื่อและธุรกิจรวบรวมผลิตผล มีความสัมพันธ์กับปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยด้านเศรษฐกิจและปัจจัยด้านสหกรณ์ ธุรกิจจัดหาสินค้ามาจำหน่าย มีความสัมพันธ์กับปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยด้านเศรษฐกิจอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ 5) สมาชิกมีปัญหาอุปสรรคด้านไม่มีพาหนะขนส่งผลผลิตมาจำหน่ายที่สหกรณ์ ข้อเสนอแนะ สหกรณ์ควรมีรถบริการขนส่งสินค้าและผลผลิตของสมาชิก
The objectives were to study 1) personal and economic factors of the members of co-operatives, 2) members’ participation in business operations of the co-operatives, 3) co-operatives factors affecting members’ articipation in the business operations, 4) the relationship of factors affecting members’ participation in business operations, and 5) problems, obstacles, and recommendations of the members’ participation in business operations. The population in this study consisted of 2,225 members of Lampang Agricultural Co-operatives Ltd. Samples was selected by purposive sampling, the chairman and secretary of 75 groups under the co-operatives accounted for 150 samples. The data were collected by a questionnaire and analyzed by statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Chi-square test. The study results revealed that 1) the majority of the members were male with the age range of 41 to 50 years old and finished primary education. They had been the member of the co-operatives for over 20 years and served as the chairman or secretary for four to six years. The farming area was 1 to 15 rai (1 rai = 1,600 square meters); the annual agricultural investment cost was between 40,001 to 60,000 baht; the annual household income was in the range of 110,001 to 140,000 baht, and the annual household expense was from 30,001 to 60,000 baht. 2) The members had contributed to saving business accounted for 96 percent, credit business accounted for 85.34 percent, and procured and compiled business accounted for 100 percent. 3) The co-operatives factor influencing the members’ participation in business operations at the most level was the security of co-operatives. 4) According to the relationship of factors affecting the members’ participation in business operations, it was found that saving business related with personal and co-operatives factors; credit business and business of produce collection correlated with personal, economic, and co-operatives factors; and service merchandise business correlated with personal and economic factors; these relations were statistical significant at .05 level. 5) The members of co-operatives faced problems in no vehicles for carrying their produces to the co-operatives, therefore, they suggested that the co-operatives should be responsible for the transportation of members’ produces and merchandises.
