อิทธิพลของบทบาทผู้บริหารการพยาบาลระดับต้นต่อบรรยากาศขององค์การในโรงพยาบาลเขต 2 กระทรวงสาธารณสุข

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณาครั้งนื้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) การปฏิบัติงานตามบทบาทของ ผู้บริหารการพยาบาลระดับต้น ในโรงพยาบาลเขต 2 กระทรวงสาธารณสุข (2) บรรยากาศขององค์การในโรงพยาบาลเขต 2 กระทรวงสาธารณสุข (3) อิทธิพลของบทบาทผู้บริหารการพยาบาลระดับต้นที่มีต่อบรรยากาศขององค์การในโรงพยาบาลเขต 2 กระทรวงสาธารณสุข กลุ่มประชากรคือผู้บริหารการพยาบาลระดับต้นในโรงพยาบาลเขต 2 กระทรวงสาธารณสุข จำนวน 208 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามประกอบด้วยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของผู้บริหารการพยาบาลระดับต้น และบรรยากาศองค์การ ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงและความเที่ยงของเนื้อหาโดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค โดยค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามบทบาทของผู้บริหารการพยาบาลระดับต้นเท่ากับ 0.9192 ข้อคำถามเกี่ยวกับบรรยากาศองค์การเท่ากับ 0.8815 และแบบสอบถามรวมทั้งฉบับมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.9496 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผู้บริหารการพยาบาลระดับต้นมีบทบาทระหว่างบุคคล บทบาทด้านข้อมูลข่าวสาร และบทบาทด้านการตัดสินใจอยู่ในระดับสูง (2) บรรยากาศโรงพยาบาลเขด 2 กระทรวงสาธารณสุขมีบรรยากาศแบบเปิดอยู่ในระดับสูง บรรยากาศแบบอิสระ บรรยากาศแบบควบคุม บรรยากาศแบบสนิทสนม บรรยากาศแบบรวบอำนาจ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนบรรยากาศแบบปิดอยู่ในระดับต่ำ (3) บทบาทของผู้บริหารการพยาบาลระดับต้นในด้านบทบาทระหว่างบุคคล มีอิทธิพลต่อบรรยากาศแบบสนิทสนม บทบาทด้านการตัดสินใจมีอิทธิพลกับบรรยากาศแบบเปิด บรรยากาศแบบอิสระบรรยากาศแบบปิดและบทบาทด้านระหว่างบุคคลและบทบาทด้านการตัดสินใจร่วมกันมีอิทธิพลต่อบรรยากาศแบบเปิดและบรรยากาศแบบสนิทสนม ส่วนบทบาทด้านข้อมูลข่าวสารไม่มีอิทธิพลต่อบรรยากาศแบบใด ๆ ของโรงพยาบาลเขต 2 กระทรวงสาธารณสุข

The objectives of this descriptive research were (1) to study the actual practice or the first level nursing administrators (2) to explore the organization climates and (3) to find the influential roles of the first level nursing administrators in organization climates at the hospitals in region 2, Ministry of Public Health. The population in this study were 208 administrators who were at of the first level of nursing administrators. The research instruments were questionnaires and consisted of three sections (1) personal data, (2) the roles of administrators on the first level of nursing administrators and (3) the organization climates. These questionnaires were tested for content validity and reliability. The Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficients of the second and the third parts and of the total scale were,92,88,and,95 respectively. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics (including frequency percent, mean, and standard deviation) and stratified multi-regression analysis. The findings of this study were as follows. (l)The first level nursing administrators rated at the high level on personnel interaction, information, and decision making .(2) According to the organization climates the administrators rated as follows: (a) at the high level only on the open climate (b) at the medium level on four climates (free control familiar and authority centered) finally, (C) at the low level only on the closed climate, Lastly, (3) two administrative roles (personnel interaction and decision making) influenced both open and familiar climates while their decision making alone influenced both free and control climates.
