การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับของภาวะผู้นำสมรรถนะขององค์การ ความยืดหยุ่นขององค์การ และการจัดการความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจ (2) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำ สมรรถนะขององค์การ ความยืดหยุ่นขององค์การ ที่มีผลต่อการจัดการความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจ และ (3) พัฒนาตัวแบบเชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจัดการความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจสำหรับกลุ่ม อุตสาหกรรมการผลิตของบริษัทที่จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย ประชากรในการศึกษาคือบริษัทที่จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยใน กลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตที่มีผลประกอบการอย่างต่อเนื่องตลอดระยะเวลาตั้งแต่จดทะเบียนใน
ตลาดหลักทรัพย์จนถึงปัจจุบันไม่น้อยกว่า 10 ปี จำนวน 132 บริษัท การวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วน คือการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม และงบการเงินจากฐานข้อมูลตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ระดับของตัวแปรวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติสำหรับตัวแปรตัวเดียว การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยเชิงยืนยันและการวิเคราะห์เส้นทางของปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจัดการความ ต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยตัวแบบสมการโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่าปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจัดการความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจคือภาวะผู้นำและ สมรรถนะขององค์การ โดยภาวะผู้นำมีผลทางอ้อมเชิงบวกต่อการจัดการความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจ ผ่านสมรรถนะขององค์การ และสมรรถนะขององค์การมีผลทางตรงเชิงบวกต่อการจัดการความ ต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
The purpose of this study were (1) to determine the level of leadership, organizational competence, organizational resilience and business continuity management (BCM); (2) to analyze factors affecting BCM; and (3) to develop a causal model of factors affecting BCM for manufacturing sector of Listed Companies in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The research population was 132 manufacturing companies of Listed Companies in the Stock Exchange of Thailand no less than 10 years. The research consisted of quantitative and qualitative research. Questionnaire was used as a data collection tool for quantitative research while in-depth interviews were data collection tools for qualitative research. Univariate statistics was employed to determine the level of variables. The structural equation model (SEM) analysis was applied for analyzing the confirmatory factor analysis and the causal relations between variables in the conceptual model. The revealed that leadership and organizational competence factors affected BCM. Leadership had a positive indirect effect on BCM via organizational competence and organizational competence had a positive direct effect on BCM at 0.05 level of statistically significance.
