Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะของบุคลากรโรงพยาบาลพัทยาเมโมเรียล (2) ศึกษาระดับปัจจัยทุนมนุษย์ในองค์การ (3) เปรียบเทียบระดับสมรรถนะของบุคลากรโรงพยาบาลพัทยาเมโมเรียล จําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (4) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยทุนมนุษย์กบสมรรถนะของบุคลากรโรงพยาบาลพัทยาเมโมเรียล กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ บุคลากรโรงพยาบาลพัทยาเมโมเรียลจํานวน 264 คน คํานวณกลุ่มตัวอยางได้ ่ 159คน ตามวิธีของยามาเน่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็ นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์เชิงอนุมานที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมุติฐานได้แก่การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของ เพียร์สัน และทดสอบเป็ นรายคู่ตามวิธีการของ เชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ระดับสมรรถนะของบุคลากรโรงพยาบาลพัทยาเมโมเรียลโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยที่ด้านแรงจูงใจ/เจตคติ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (2) ระดับปัจจัยทุนมนุษย์ของบุคลากรโรงพยาบาลพัทยาเมโมเรียลโดยรวมอยูในระดับปานกลาง โดยที่ด้านการสร้างความผูกพันของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (3) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับสมรรถนะของบุคลากรโรงพยาบาลพัทยาเมโมเรียลจําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า หน่วยงานที่มีลักษณะงานแตกต่างกันมีสมรรถนะบุคลากรในภาพรวม และรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ ่ 0.05 (4)การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยทุนมนุษย์กับสมรรถนะ พบว่า ปัจจัยทุนมนุษย์ของบุคลากรโรงพยาบาลพัทยาเมโมเรียลมีความสัมพันธ์ในระดับปานกลาง ในทิศทางเดียวกัน กับสมรรถนะของบุคลากร โรงพยาบาลพัทยาเมโมเรียลอยางมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ ่ 0.01
The objectives of this study were: (1) to study the competency level of employees at Pattaya Memorial Hospital; (2) to examine the level of human capital factors at Pattaya Memorial Hospital; (3) to compare the competency level of employees at Pattaya Memorial Hospital based on personal factors; and (4) to study the relationship between human capital factors and employees’ competency at Pattaya Memorial Hospital. The total population was 264 employees of Pattaya Memorial Hospital. The sample was 159 employees calculated by Yamane’s formula. The data was collected by using a questionnaire and was analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-Test, ANOVA, Scheffé's and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results showed that: (1) the employees’ competency level at Pattaya Memorial Hospital overall and each aspect were high and the motivation/attitude aspect was the highest mean score; (2) the level of human capital factors of employees at Pattaya Memorial Hospital was moderate overall and the engagement aspect was the highest mean score; (3) different departments had different employees’ competency overall and each aspect at 0.05 statistical significance; and (4) the human capital factors related the same direction moderately to employees’ competency at Pattaya Memorial Hospital at 0.01 statistical significance.
