Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ต้นทุน วิเคราะห์ผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุนและศึกษาปัญหาที่เกิดจากการลงทุนเลี้ยงไก่เนื้อในระบบโรงเรือนปิดในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา คือ เกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงไก่เนื้อในระบบโรงเรือนปิดในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 20 ราย จำแนกตามขนาดฟาร์ม เป็นฟาร์มขนาดเล็ก 4 ราย และฟาร์มขนาดใหญ่ 16 ราย ในช่วงวันที่ 1 มกราคม 2548 ถึง 30 เมษายน 2548 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติความถี่ ร้อยละ และค่าเฉลี่ย และ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางบัญชีโดยใช้อัตราผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุน และอัตรากำไรสุทธิผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่า ฟาร์มขนาดเล็กใช้เงินลงทุนโดยเฉลี่ย 794,000 นาทีต่อฟาร์ม ค่าใช้จ่ายในการเลี้ยงไก่เนื้อ 495,378 บาทต่อรุ่นต่อฟาร์ม ฟาร์มขนาดใหญ่ใช้เงินลงทุนโดยเฉลี่ย 1,082,344 บาทต่อฟาร์ม ค่าใช้จ่ายในการเลี้ยงไก่เนื้อ 691,213 บาทต่อรุ่นต่อฟาร์ม ฟาร์มขนาดเล็กโดยเฉลี่ยมีรายได้จากการเลี้ยงไก่เนื้อ 536,894 บาทต่อรุ่นต่อฟาร์ม กำไรสุทธิ 41,516 บาทต่อรุ่นต่อฟาร์ม อัตราผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุนร้อยละ 5.23 ระยะเวลาคืนทุน 15 รุ่น อัตรากำไรสุทธิร้อยละ 7.73 ฟาร์มขนาดใหญ่โดยเฉลี่ยมีรายได้จากการเลี้ยงไก่เนื้อ 725,173 บาทต่อรุ่นต่อฟาร์ม กำไรสุทธิ 33,960 บาทต่อรุ่นต่อฟาร์มอัตราผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุนร้อยละ 3.14 ระยะเวลาคนทุน 23 รุ่น อัตรากำไรสุทธิร้อยละ 4.68 ส่วนปัญหาที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างพบมากที่สุดในการเลี้ยงไก่เนื้อในระบบโรงเรือนปิด คือ ปัญหาเงินทุนหมุนเวียนขาดสภาพคล่อง
The objectives of this research were cost analysis, return on investment analysis and study the investment problem broiler farm on in the environmental control houses in Chiang Mai province.The sample size were 20 farms which fed broiler farm in an environmental control houses in Chiang Mai province. They were separated those 4 small farms and 16 big farms by size of farm during 1 January to 30 April 2005. The cost was included investment cost and operating cost. It was found those the average investment cost was 794,000 baht/farm and operating cost was 495,378 baht/period/farm of small farm. The average investment cost of big farm was 1,082,344 baht/farm and operating cost was 691,213 baht/period/farm. The return on investment was including the revenue, net profit, the return on investment rate, payback period and net profit rate. It was found those average revenue was 536,894 baht/period/farm, net profit was 41,516 baht/period/farm, the return on investment rate was 5.23 percent, payback period was 15 of feeding period and net profit rate was 7.73 percent of small farm. It was found those in big farm; the average revenue was 725,173 baht/period/farm, net profit was 33,960 baht/period/farm, the return on investment rate was 3.14 percent, payback period was 23 of feeding period and net profit rate was 4.68 percent. It was found that main problem of broiler farm in an environmental control houses in Chiang Mai province was insufficient working capital.
