Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำพูน เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำพูน เขต 1 ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 286 คนโดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครี่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความต้องการเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาในการจัดการเรียนการสอน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า ครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำพูน เขต 1 มีความต้องการเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาในการจัดการเรียน การสอนโดยภาพรวมในระดับมาก เพื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า (1) ความต้องการของครูอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2 ด้านคือ ด้านการพัฒนาตนเองในการใช้งานเทคโนโลยี และด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีการศึกษาเพื่อการจัดการเรียนการสอน สำหรับด้านการพัฒนาตนเองในการใช้งานเทคโนโลยี คือ ครูอยากให้มีการจัดอบรมการใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป เช่น Word Excel Power Point การจัดฝึกอบรม การเลือกใช้เทคโนโลยีการศึกษาให้เหมาะสมกับผู้เรียน และการจัดฝึกอบรมทักษะกระบวนการระหว่างใช้เทคโนโลยี การศึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ส่วนด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีการศึกษาเพื่อการจัดการเรียน การสอน คือ ครูต้องการให้มีการประเมินการใช้เทคโนโลยีการศึกษา และ (2) ความต้องการของครูอยู่ในระดับมาก 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านประเภทของเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาเพื่อ ใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน และด้านการสนับสนุนการใช้เทคโนโลยีการศึกษาเพื่อ ใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนสำหรับด้านประเภทของเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา เพื่อใช้ใน การจัดการเรียนการสอน คือ ครูต้องการวีซีดี ดีวีดีประกอบการสอนพรี้นเตอร์ การสอนผ่านระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนและชุดการสอนประกอบการบรรยายส่วนด้านการสนับสนุนการใช้เทคโนโลยีการศึกษาเพื่อใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน คือ ครูมีความต้องการเจ้าหน้าที่ให้ความรู้ในการเลือกเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาได้หลากหลายมาใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน
The objective of this research was to study the needs for educational technology for instructional management of teachers in primary schools under Lamphun Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The research sample consisted of 286 randomly selected teachers teaching during the first semester of the 2015 academic year in primary schools under Lamphun Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the needs for educational technology for instructional management. Statistics for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings showed that the overall need for educational technology for instructional management of teachers in primary schools under Lamphun Primary Education Service Area Office I was at the high level. When the needs for specific aspects of educational technology were considered, it was found that (1) their needs were at the highest level in two aspects, namely, the aspect of self - development in the use of technology, and the aspect of using educational technology for instructional management; in the former aspect, they would like to receive training on using computer programs, such as Word Excel and Power Point programs; training on selection of educational technology appropriate for the learners; and training on process skills while using educational technology on a continuous basis; and in the latter aspect, they would like to have the evaluation of using educational technology; and (2) their needs were at the high level in two aspects, namely, the aspect of types of educational technology for uses in instructional management, and the aspect of supports for the use of educational technology for instructional management; in the former aspect, they needed to have VCD and DVD for uses in their instruction; they also needed to have printers, teaching via high speed Internet system, computer assisted instruction, and instructional packages for use with their lecturing; while in the latter aspect, they would like to have the personnel to provide them with knowledge on selection of diversified types of educational technology for uses in their instruction.
