Abstract
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) วิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงานของธนาคารพาณิชย์ในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย และ (2) วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มผลการดำเนินงานของธนาคารพาณิชย์ในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยศึกษาจากประชากรคือ ธนาคารพาณิชย์ในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย ซึ่งมีข้อมูลครบถ้วนตามเงื่อนไขของการศึกษาจำนวน 7 ธนาคาร ยกเว้นบริษัท เอสซีบี เอกซ์ จำกัด (มหาชน) เนื่องจากข้อมูลงบการเงินไม่ครบถ้วน ระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ 5 ปี ตั้งแต่ 1 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2560 ถึง 31 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2564 การศึกษาใช้ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิซึ่งประกอบด้วย งบแสดงฐานะการเงิน งบกำไรขาดทุน และข้อมูลทางการเงินอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง วิธีการที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสำหรับสถาบันการเงินและการวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มโดยใช้กราฟเส้น ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ธนาคารซีไอเอ็มบีไทย จำกัด (มหาชน มีความสามารถในการจัดการความเพียงพอของเงินกองทุนได้ดีกว่าธนาคารพาณิชย์อื่น ในขณะที่ธนาคารกรุงศรีอยุธยา จำกัด (มหาชน) มีความสามารถในการจัดการคุณภาพของสินทรัพย์และการบริหารงานของธนาคารเกี่ยวกับรายได้และค่าใช้จ่าย เมื่อพิจารณาถึงความสามารถในการทำกำไร ธนาคารเกียรตินาคิน จำกัด (มหาชน) มีความสามารถในการทำกำไรสูงกว่าธนาคารพาณิชย์อื่น ในขณะที่ธนาคารกสิกรไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) มีความสามารถในการบริหารสภาพคล่องสูงกว่าธนาคารพาณิชย์อื่น และ (2) ผลการดำเนินงานของธนาคารพณิชย์ทุกธนาคารทั้งในด้านความเพียงพอของเงินกองทุน การจัดการคุณภาพของสินทรัพย์ ความสามารถในการบริหารงาน ความสามารถในการทำกำไร และการบริหารสภาพคล่อง มีแนวโน้มปรับตัวให้กิจการดำเนินงานมีประสิทธิภาพเพิ่มขึ้น
The objectives of this study were (1) to analyze the performance of commercial banks in the Stock Exchange of Thailand; and (2) to analyze the trend of performance of commercial banks in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. This study was a quantitative research. The population for this study was Commercial banks listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand with complete information according to the conditions of the study, totally 7 banks, except SCB X Public Company Limited because of incomplete financial information. The period of this study was five years from January 1st, 2017 to December 31st, 2021. The data was collected from secondary sources consisting of statement of financial position, statement of income and other relevant financial information. The methodology used for this study was data analysis for financial institutions and trend analysis by using line graphs. The finding revealed that (1) CIMB Thai Bank Public Company Limited abled to manage capital adequacy better than other commercial banks. While Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited abled to manage asset quality and manage the bank's income and expenditures. Considering profitability aspect, it was found that Kiatnakin Bank Public Company Limited showed higher profitability than other commercial banks. Kasikorn Bank Public Company Limited abled to manage higher liquidity than other commercial banks; and (2) the trend of performance of all commercial banks in terms of capital adequacy, asset quality management, work administration, profitability and liquidity management showed the increasingly efficiency.
