ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนา โรงพยาบาลเอกชน ขนาด 80 เตียง ในจังหวัดภูเก็ต

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยเชิงสำรวจนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของบุคลากรบริการโรงพยาบาล (2) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรกับการพัฒนาโรงพยาบาล และ (3) เปรียบเทียบระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลในการมีส่วนร่วมกับการพัฒนาคุณภาพบริการโรงพยาบาลเอกชน ขนาด 80 เตียง ในจังหวัดภูเก็ตประชากร คือ บุคลากรในโรงพยาบาลเอกชนขนาด 80 เตียง ในจังหวัดภูเก็ตทุกระดับเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 290 คน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 เมษายน 2563 - 30 เมษายน 2564 โดยใช้เครื่องมือแบบสอบถามประกอบด้วยปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และการมีส่วนร่วมกับการพัฒนาโรงพยาบาล ค่าความเที่ยง 0.8 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ การทดสอบไคสแควร์ ผลการศึกษาวิจัย พบว่า (1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลส่วนใหญ่อายุ 21-30 ปี 130 คน (44.82%) ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี 160 คน (55.17%) ประสบการณ์ทำงานในโรงพยาบาลน้อยกว่า 5 ปี 140 คน (48.28%) ตำแหน่งหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน 260 คน(89.66%) กลุ่มงานที่ปฏิบัติงานงานบริการ รักษาพยาบาลเกี่ยวข้องกับการรักษา 150 คน (51.72) ประสบการณ์/การฝึกอบรมในการพัฒนาคุณภาพโรงพยาบาลมากกว่า 1 ครั้งต่อปี 165 คน(56.89) (2) การมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรมีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.05 อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลการมีส่วนร่วมกับการ พัฒนาโรงพยาบาล คือ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านตำแหน่งหน้าที่ ด้านกลุ่มงานที่ปฏิบัติงานและด้านประสบการณ์/การฝึกอบรมในการพัฒนาคุณภาพโรงพยาบาลมีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมกับการพัฒนาโรงพยาบาลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

This survey research study the objectives were to (1) study the personal factors of hospital service personnel. (2) Study the level of personnel involvement with the development of the hospital. and (3) a comparison between personal factors in participation and service quality improvement in an 80-bed private hospital in Phuket.The selected sample was 290 from 380personnel in a 80-bed private hospital in Phuket. Administrated questionnaires corrected from April 1, 2020 - April 30, 2021, using a consisting of personal factors. and participation in hospital development. The reliability was 0.8. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and chi-square test.The research results found that (1) Most of the personnel are 21-30 years old, have a bachelor's degree, 160 people, with less than 5 years of work experience in hospitals, in positions of practitioners and in the work group that performs medical services related to treatment has experience/training in hospital quality improvement more than once a year, (2) Personnel involvement is moderate. training in hospital quality improvement, and (3) the comparing personal factors and participation with hospital development, it was found that working groups with practice and experience/training in hospital quality development had a higher relationship with participation in hospital development than other groups.
