Abstract
การศีกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อการใช้เว็บไซต์ของสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 3 ที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในปีการศึกษา 2562 จํานวน 316 คน โดยใช้ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างกำหนดตามตารางของทาโร ยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% ได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อการใช้เว็บไซต์ของสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 3 ค่าความเที่ยง คือ 0.994 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า ครูมีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้เว็บไซต์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ในแต่ละด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ด้านเนื้อหาเว็บไซต์ คือ ข้อมูลพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับหน่วยงาน 2) ด้านการออกแบบเว็บไซต์ คือ รูปภาพประกอบ 3) ด้านการเข้าถึงข้อมูล คือ ความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลรายบุคคล และ 4) ด้านประโยชน์และการนำไปใช้ คือ ใช้ค้นหาข้อมูลสารสนเทศในข้อมูลระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลรายบุคคล
The purpose of this study was to examine the satisfaction of teachers with using the website of Phetchabun Primary Education Service Area Office 3. The research sample consisted of 316 teachers in schools under Phetchabun Primary Education Service Area Office 3 during the 2019 academic year, obtained by stratified random sampling. The sample size was determined based on Taro Yamane’s Sample Size Table at the 95% confidence interval. The research instrument used was a questionnaire on the satisfaction of teacher with using the website of Phetchabun Primary Education Service Area Office 3, with reliability coefficient of 0.994. The statistics used for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research findings showed that the teachers’ overall satisfaction with using the website was at the high level. When specific aspects of satisfaction were considered, it was found that they were satisfied with each aspect at the high level, with the item in each aspect receiving the highest satisfaction rating mean being specified as follows: (1) in the aspect of the website contents, the item receiving the highest satisfaction rating mean was that on the basic information of the work agency; (2) in the aspect of website design, that on the illustrations; (3) in the aspect of accessing the website, that on the convenience of accessing the information in the personal data storage and filing system; and (4) in the aspect of benefits and utility of the website, that on using the website for retrieval of information from the personal data storage and filing system.
