Abstract
วิจัยพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะและอัตลักษณ์ของมหาบัณฑิตพยาบาลแขนงวิชาการบริหารการพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราชตามมุมมองของเพื่อนร่วมงาน ประชากร คือ เพื่อนรวมงานของมหาบัณทิตพยาบาลศาสตร์ แขนงวิชาการบริหารการพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยสุธรรมาธิราชที่สำเร็จการศึกษาในปี 2550- 2557 จำนวน 303 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน 1) ข้อมูลทั่วไป 2) คุณลักษณะและอัตลักษณ์ของมหาบัณฑิตพยาบาล แขนงวิชาการบริหารการพยาบาล มหวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช (มสธ.) 7 ด้าน ใช้มาตรวัดของออสกูด แบ่งเป็น 11 ระดับ และ 3) ข้อคิดเห็นและเสนอแนะซึ่งเป็นคำถามปลายเปิด แบบสอบถามพัฒนาขึ้นโดยบูรณาการแนวคิดของมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาสาขาวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์สำนักงานกณะกรรมการการอุดมศึกษา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ พ.ศ.2555 วัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตร์มหาบัณฑิต มสธ. และคุณลักษณะและอัตลักษณ์ที่พึงประสงค์ของมหาบัณฑิตมหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราชระดับปริญญาโท ตรวจสอบความตรงของแบบสอบถามโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ3 ท่าน มีค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหา 0.9 คำนวณค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามที่ส่งกลับจํานวน 132 ฉบับ (ร้อยละ 43.56) โดยหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เพื่อนร่วมงานมีมุมมองต่อคุณลักษณะและอัตลักษณ์ของมหาบัณฑิตแขนง วิชาการบริหารการพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทั้ง 7 ด้าน (M= 8.74 , SD = 0.96 ), โดยคะแนนสูงสุด 3 ลําดับแรก ได้แก่ 1) ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ (M = 8.88, SD = 0.96) 2) ด้านความรับผิดชอบ ( M = 8.85, SD = 1.03) และ 3) ด้านใฝ่รู้ใฝ่ เรียนและเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต (M = 8.83, SD = 1.08) จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคําถามปลายเปิดพบว่า มหาบัณฑิตมีคุณลักษณะและอัตลักษณ์เพิ่มเติม 1 ด้าน คือ ด้านภาวะผู้นํา นอกจากนั้นเพื่อนร่วมงานยังให้ข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะต่อมหาบัณฑิตว่า มีการนําความรู้ไปใช้พัฒนางานในระหว่างเรียน มีการพัฒนางานวิชาการ การทํางานวิจัย และเป็นที่ปรึกษาในการ ทํางานวิจัย นําความรู้มาประยุกต์ใช้ในงาน รวมถึงการสร้างนวัตกรรมใหม่ ๆ ตลอดถึงการพัฒนาองค์การ ให้เข้ากับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน
The purpose of the descriptive research was to study the characteristics and identity of graduates from the Master of Nursing Science Program in Nursing Administration from Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University (STOU) according to Nursing Colleagues' Perspective. The samples were 303 colleagues of the graduate nurses who finished their study during academic years of 2007 – 2014. The research tool consisted of 3 parts: 1) personal information, 2) seven characteristics and identity of the graduates, which classified by 11 levels of Osgood's semantic differential scale, and 3) open-ended questions for comments and suggestions. A questionnaire was developed by integration of the concept of Thai Qualification Framework for Higher Education of Master of Nursing Science Program, Office of the Higher Education Commission, the Ministry of Education in 2012, aims of the Master of Nursing Science program in Nursing Administration of STOU, and desirable characteristics and identity of the graduates from STOU. The questionnaire was verified by 5 experts and the Content Validity Index was 0.95. The Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient of the second part was 0.97. Data returned (43.56%) were analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation. The content analysis from open ended question was conducted. The findings revealed as follows. Colleagues of graduate nurses rated all seven characteristics and identity of graduates in the Master of Nursing Administration program from Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University at the highest level (M= 8.74, SD = 0.96), and the first top three domains were: 1) interpersonal relationships (M= 8.88, SD = 0.96),2) responsibility (M= 8.85, SD = 1.03) and 3) enquiry mind and lifelong learning (M = 8.83, SD = 1.08). The analysis results of open-ended questions illustrated that these graduates possessed one more characteristic and identity which is leadership domain. In addition, the graduates brought their knowledge to develop their work such as research and education. They also became research consultants, created innovations, as well as developed their organizations to meet the current situation.
