Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการบริหารเวลาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 และ (2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารเวลาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 จำแนกตามคุณวุฒิ ประสบการณ์ในตาแหน่งผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ขนาดสถานศึกษา และผลการทดสอบทางการศึกษาระดับชาติขั้นพื้นฐาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จานวน 316 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการบริหารเวลาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การบริหารเวลาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านการตั้งเป้าหมายในการทำงาน ด้านการวางแผนการใช้เวลาและด้านการติดตามผลการใช้เวลา ด้านการจัดตารางเวลา ด้านการขจัดหรือลดตัวการที่ทำให้เสียเวลา ด้านการจัดลำดับความสาคัญของงาน (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารเวลาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 จำแนกตามคุณวุฒิ พบว่า มีการบริหารเวลาไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนการจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ขนาดสถานศึกษา และผลการทดสอบทางการศึกษาระดับชาติขั้นพื้นฐาน พบว่า มีการบริหารเวลาในภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purposes of this research were 1) to study time management of the school administrators under Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; and 2) to compare time management of the school administrators under Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by qualification, experiences in school administrators position, school size, and results of the Ordinary National Educational Test. The research sample consisted of 316 teachers under Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, obtained by stratified random sampling. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire dealing on time management of the school administrators. The statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-Test, One Way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s method of pairwise comparison. Research findings revealed that 1) both overall and specific aspects of time management of school administrators under Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were rated at the high level could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: the goal setting at work, the time planning and time tracking, the scheduling, the eliminating or reducing the causes that waste time, and the prioritization of tasks; and 2) the comparison of time management of school administrators under Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by qualification found that there was no difference in time management, while classified by experiences in school administrators position, school size, and results of the Ordinary National Educational Test found that both overall and specific aspects of time management were statistically significant different at the .05 level.
