Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 (2) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 และ (4) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหาร ในสังกัดสำนัก งานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 จำนวน 322 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .99 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 อยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับได้แก่ปัจจัยบุคคล ปัจจัยทีมงาน และปัจจัยองค์การ (2) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 อยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับ ได้แก่ การบริหารความเสี่ยง การมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ การมีส่วนร่วม การมีวิสัยทัศน์การเปลี่ยนแปลง และการสร้างบรรยากาศแห่งองค์การนวัตกรรม (3) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมโดยรวมในทางบวก และ (4) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 เรียงตามตามลำดับ ได้แก่ ปัจจัยองค์การ ปัจจัยทีมงาน และปัจจัยบุคคล
The objectives of this research were (1) to study the factors related to the innovative leadership of the administrators under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 3;( 2) to study the innovative leadership of school administrators under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 3; (3) to study the relationship between factors related to innovative leadership of administrators under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 3; and (4) to study factors affecting innovative leadership of the administrators under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 3. The research sample consisted of 322 teachers in the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, by stratified random sampling. Questionnaire With reliability of . 99. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation,. Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The research results indicated that (1) the factors related to the innovative leadership of the administrators under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 3 were rated at the highest level; the specific aspects of factors related to the innovative leadership of the administrators could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: the personal factors; the team factors; the organizational factors (2) innovative leadership of school administrators under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 3 were rated at the high level; the specific aspects of innovative leadership of the administrators could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: the risk management; the creativity, the participation in vision change ;and the creation of an atmosphere of innovation organization ( 3) The relationship between factors related to overall leadership innovation had a positive relationship; and (4) factors affecting innovation leadership of school administrators under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 3 were the following: the organizational factors (X3) ,the team factors (X2) ,and the personal factors (Xi); the regression equation for prediction of innovative leadership was as shown below:
