Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของการดำเนินงานด้านกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนตามการรับรู้ของครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 2 2) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะของนักเรียนตามการรับรู้ของครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 2 และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประสิทธิ ผลการของการดำเนินงานด้านกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนกับคุณลักษณะของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 304 คน กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน แล้วทำการลุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิและการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .99 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาปรากฏว่า 1) ประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานด้านกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านโดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านกิจกรรมนักเรียน ด้านกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคมและสาธารณประโยชน์ และด้านกิจกรรมแนะแนว ตามลำดับ 2) คุณลักษณะของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ รักชาติ ศาสน์ กษัตริย์ ชื่อสัตย์ สุจริต รักความเป็นไทย มีจิตสาธารณะ มีวินัย ใฝ่เรียนรู้ อยู่อย่างพอเพียง และมุ่งมั่นในการทำงานตามลำดับ และ 3) ประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานด้านกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนมีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณลักษณะของนักเรียนในระดับสูงและเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purposes of this research were (1 ) to study the effectiveness of student development activities operation as perceived by teachers in primary schools under Nonthaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2; (2) to study the characteristics of students as perceived by teachers in primary schools under Nonthaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2; and (3) to study the relationship between the effectiveness of student development activities operation and the characteristics of students in schools under Nonthaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The research sample consisted of 3 04 teachers in schools under Nonthaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2 during the academic year 2015, obtained by proportionate stratified random sampling and simple random sampling. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Table of Sample Size. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire, with reliability coefficient of 0.99. Data were statistically analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation. The research findings were as follows: (1) both the overall and individual aspects of the effectiveness of student development activities operation were rated at the high level, and could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: student activities, public service activities, and guidance activities, respectively; (2) both the overall and individual aspects of the students characteristics were rated at the high level, and could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: the love of nation, religion and king; honesty and integrity; cherishing Thai-ness; public-mindedness; self-discipline; avidity for learning; living based on principles of self sufficiency; and dedication and commitment to work, respectively; and (3 ) the effectiveness of student development activities operation and the characteristics of students correlated highly, positively and significantly at the .01 level of statistical significance.
