การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดการสอนแบบอิงประสบการณ์
วิชาการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมเบื้องต้น เรื่องการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมในชุมชนสำหรับนักศึกษาระดับ
ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 2 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 80/80 (2) ศึกษา
ความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยชุดการสอนแบบอิงประสบการณ์ และ (3)
ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาเกี่ยวกับชุดการสอนแบบอิงประสบการณ์
กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพปีที่ 2 วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา
นครปฐม ที่เรียนในภาคการเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2552 จำนวน 29 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบ
กลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย (1) ชุดการสอนแบบอิงประสบการณ์ วิชาการจัดการ
สิ่งแวดล้อมเบื้องต้น เรื่อง การจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมในชุมชนมีจำนวน 3 หน่วยประสบการณ์ คือ
หน่วยประสบการณ์ที่ 4 การจัดการมลพิษทางน้ำ หน่วยประสบการณ์ที่ 5 การจัดการมลพิษทาง
อากาศ และหน่วยประสบการณ์ที่ 6 การจัดการมลพิษทางเสียง (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนและหลัง
เผชิญประสบการณ์แบบคู่ขนาน และ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาเกี่ยวกับชุดการ
สอนแบบอิงประสบการณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การหาประสิทธิภาพด้วยค่า
E1/E2 การทดสอบค่าที ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดการสอนแบบอิงประสบการณ์ที่ผลิตขึ้นทั้ง 3 หน่วย
ประสบการณ์ มีประสิทธิภาพ 78.50/79.00 78.00/80.50 และ 81.50/82.00 ตามลำดับเป็นไปตาม
80/80 (2) นักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยชุดการสอนแบบอิงประสบการณ์มีความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียน
เพิ่มขึ้นจากเดิมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) นักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับ
คุณภาพของชุดการสอนแบบอิงประสบการณ์ในระดับเห็นด้วยมากที่สุด
The purposes of this study were three-fold: (1) to develop a set of experience-based instructional packages in the Basic Environmental Management Course on Management of Community Environment for second-year Vocational Certificate students of Nakhon Pathom College of Vocational Education based on the 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) to study the learning progress of the students learning from the experience-based instructional packages; and (3) to study the opinion of the students toward quality of the experience-based instructional packages. The research sample consisted of 29 second-year Vocational Certificate students studying in the first semester of the 2009 academic year at Nakhon Pathom Vocational Education College, obtained by cluster sampling. Research tools comprised (1) three units of experience-based instructional packages in the Basic Environmental Management Course on Management of Community Environment, namely, Unit 4: Water Pollution Management; Unit 5: Air Pollution Management; and Unit 6: Noise Pollution Management; (2) two parallel forms of an achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing; and (3) a questionnaire on student's opinion toward quality of the experience-based instructional packages. Statistics employed for data analysis were the E/E2 efficiency index, t-test, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings revealed that (1) the three units of experience-based instructional packages were efficient at 78.50/79.00, 78.00/80.50, and 81.50/82.00, respectively; thus meeting the set efficiency criterion of 80/80; (2) the learning achievement of the students learning from the experience-based instructional packages was significantly increased at the .05 level; and (3) the opinion of the students toward the quality of the experience-based packages was at the "highly agreeable" level.
