Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1 ) ศึกษาทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัลของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ (2) ศึกษาสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ของห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัลของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี (3) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ของห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัลของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี และ (4) พัฒนารูปแบบการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ของห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัลของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏทั่วประเทศ จำนวน 780 คน ผู้บริหารและอาจารย์ ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ 80 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่าง อย่างง่าย และ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบกึ่งมีโครงสร้างและแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาแบบอุปนัย วิพากย์และยืนยันรูปแบบโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 14 คน และทดลองรูปแบบกับนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ 2 แห่ง จำนวน 60 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมีทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัล โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ (X = 2.39) โดยทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัลที่อยู่ในระดับ 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านความสามารถในการประเมินสารสนเทศดิจิทัลด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีเป็นเครื่องมือในการจัดการสารสนเทศ และด้านการสื่อสารสารสนเทศ ส่วนทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัลที่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีเป็นเครื่องมือในการเข้าถึงสารสนเทศ ด้านการรวบรวมสารสนเทศ และด้านการสร้างสื่อดิจิทัลเพื่อการเรียนรู้ 2) สภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ของห้องสมุด มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัลของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีห้องสมุดมีการจัดฝึกอบรมโดยบูรณา การเนื้อหาการรู้ดิจิทัลในเนื้อหาของรายวิชาและหลักสูตรการจัดหาและบริการทรัพยากรสารสนเทศดิจิทัลหลายรูปแบบ และการจัดพื้นที่การเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน 3) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ของห้องสมุด มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัลของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีได้แก่ งบประมาณ ความร่วมมือ ระหว่างห้องสมุดกับคณะและการฝึกอบรมทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัล และ 4) รูปแบบการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ของห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัลของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีคือ รูปแบบ ซีทีเอสเอส ประกอบด้วย การพัฒนาเนื้อหาดิจิทัลการใช้เทคโนโลยีเป็นเครื่องมือส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ การจัดพื้นที่อัจฉริยะเพื่อการเรียนรู้และการบริการสร้างสรรค์ที่เข้าถึงผู้ใช้ และสนับสนุนการพัฒนาทักษะดิจิทัลของนักศึกษา การประเมินรูปแบบ โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิพบว่า มีความเหมาะสม และผลการทดลองใช้นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก
This research aims to : (1) investigate digital literacy skills of Rajabhat University undergraduate students, (2) examine the learning environment of Rajabhat University Libraries, (3) determine factors affecting the learning environment of Rajabhat University Libraries, and (4) develop a learning environment model for Rajabhat University Libraries to enhance students’ digital literacy skills. This study employed mixed methods research. Selected by a simple random sampling method, the sample consisted of 780 undergraduate students and 80 administrative and staff members from 38 Rajabhat Universities. The research instruments were questionnaires and semi-structure interviews. Quantitative data analysis consisted of percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and inductive content analysis was employed to analyze qualitative data validated by 14 experts and a pilot study with 60 students from 2 Rajabhat Universities. The results were as follows : 1) The overall students’ digital literacy skills were at a low level ( X = 2.39), among which were 3 low-level skill areas--digital information evaluation, use of information technology and communication for information management, and information communication; 3 moderate-level skill areas including use of information technology and communication for information access, information collection, and digital media creation for learning. 2) Regarding the learning environment in developing undergraduate students’ digital literacy skills, the libraries provided training programs with integrated digital literacy modules, a wide range of digital resources for learning, and a common space for self-study. 3) The factors affecting the learning environment of the libraries in improving students’ digital literacy were namely allocated budget, collaboration between the library and faculties, and digital literacy skills training. 4) The learning environment model suitable for developing students’ digital literacy skills was named CTSS, which comprises digital content development, use of technology as a learning tool, smart learning space establishment, and innovative, easily-accessed service ancillary to the students’ digital literacy development; the model was found suitable by the experts’ evaluation and was highly satisfactory among students after the pilot implementation.
