บริษัท ไทยโพลีเซ็ท จากัด เป็นผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมขนาดเล็ก ผลิตและจำหน่าย เรซิ่นสังเคราะห์ ต้องการที่จะพัฒนาปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพและสภาพแวดล้อมในการทางานของบริษัท เพื่อให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานสากล เพิ่มโอกาสในการแข่งขันทางธุรกิจและเป็นที่ยอมรับของสังคม ในทุกภาคส่วน โดยการนาระบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ISO 14001 มาปรับใช้ในระบบการจัดการภายในของบริษัท การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาคู่มือระบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ISO 14001 ที่ใช้เฉพาะบริษัท ไทยโพลีเซ็ท จากัด โดยการศึกษาและรวบรวมข้อมูลการดำเนินการจัดทำระบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ISO 14001 จากเอกสารวิชาการและงานวิจัยต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง การศึกษาข้อมูลทั่วไปและข้อมูลการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมของบริษัท และการวิเคราะห์ช่องว่างองค์กรในเรื่องการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ผลการศึกษาทำให้ได้ คู่มือระบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ISO 14001: 2004 ของบริษัท ไทยโพลีเซ็ท จากัด ประกอบด้วย 6 บท ดังนี้ (1) บทนา, (2) หลักการของระบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ISO 14001, (3) ข้อมูลทั่วไปของบริษัท ไทยโพลีเซ็ท จากัด, (4) การจัดทาระบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ISO 14001 ของบริษัท ไทยโพลีเซ็ท จากัด, (5) การวิเคราะห์ช่องว่างองค์กร และ (6) คู่มือการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมบริษัท ไทยโพลีเซ็ท จำกัด
Thaipolyset Co., Ltd., a small industry that produces and distributes synthetic resin, needs to develop its efficiency and environmental performances, according to the international standards, to enhance its businesses competitiveness and social acceptance, by following the ISO 14001 framework for environmental management system. This study aimed to prepare a Manual for Environmental Management System according to the ISO 14001 Requirements for Thaipolyset Co., Ltd. It involved the collection and review of data or information from relevant documents on environmental management system, ISO 14001 requirements, the company profile, the company’s existing environmental management system, and gaps in such a system, and the preparation of the manual. The prepared manual was composed of six chapters: (1) Preface, (2) Principles of Environmental Management System under ISO 14001 Framework, (3) General Data of Thaipolyset Co., Ltd., (4) Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) of Thaipolyset Co., Ltd., (5) Organizational Gap Analysis, and (6) Manual for Environmental Management of Thaipolyset Co., Ltd.
