ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการเสริมสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากระบี่

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารเกี่ยวกับการเสริมสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากระบี่ (2) ศึกษาการเสริมสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากระบี่ (3) ศึกษาวามสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับการเสริมสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากระบี่ และ (4) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการเสริมสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากระบี่ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากระบี่ จำนวน 331 คน โดยสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นโดยใช้ขนาดของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 92 และ .95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอนผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากระบี่ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากเรียงตามลำดับ ดังนี้ ภาวะผู้นำแบบให้มีส่วนร่วมภาวะผู้นำแบบสนับสนุน ภาวะผู้นำแบบมุ่งสู่ความสำเร็จ และภาวะผู้นำแบบสั่งการ (2) การเสริมสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากระบี่ในภาพรวม และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ การสร้างวิสัยทัศน์ร่วม การเรียนรู้และการพัฒนาวิชาชีพ ที่ร่วมแรงร่วมใจ ภาวะผู้นำร่วม โครงสร้างสนับสนุนชุมชนและชุมชนกัลยาณมิตร (3)ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการเสริมสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (4) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการเสริมสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากระบี่ ได้แก่ ภาวะผู้นำแบบให้มีส่วนร่วม ภาวะผู้นำแบบสั่งการ และภาวะผู้นำแบบมุ่งความสำเร็จ คำสำคัญ ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร ชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ ประถมศึกษา

The objectives of this research were (1) to study the leadership on promotion of professional learning community of administrators in schools under Krabi Primary Education Service Area Offices; (2) to study the promotion of professional learning community in schools under Krabi Primary Education Service Area Offices; (3) to study the relationship between leadership of administrator and promotion of professional learning community in schools under Krabi Primary Education Service Area Offices: and (4) to study leadership of administrator affecting the promotion of professional learning community in schools under Krabi Primary Education Service Area Offices. The research sample consisted of 331 teachers in schools under Krabi Primary Education Service Area Offices, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The instrument used was a questionnaire with reliability coefficients of .92 and .95. Statistics used in data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings indicated that (1) the overall and specific aspects of leadership of administrators in schools under Krabi Primary Education Service Area Offices were rated at the high level and specific aspects of leadership could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: the participatory leadership, the supportive leadership, the achievement-oriented leadership, and the commanding leadership; (2) the overall and specific aspects of promotion of professional learning community in schools under Krabi Primary Education Service Area Offices were rated at the high level and specific aspects could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: the creation of shared vision, the learning and professional development, the collaborative work team, the shared leadership, the community supporting structure, and the friendly community; (3) leadership of school administrators correlated positively and significantly at the .05 level with the promotion of professional learning community; and (4) specific aspects of leadership of administrator affecting the promotion of professional learning community in schools under Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Office were the participatory leadership, the commanding leadership, and the achievement-oriented leadership.
