ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการศึกษาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดตาก

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการจัดการศึกษาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัด องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดตาก (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการศึกษาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดตาก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้ดูแลเด็ก จำนวน 190 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบ แบ่งชั้นจากศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดตาก จำนวน 173 ศูนย์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การจัดการศึกษาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดตาก พบว่าด้านสุนทรียภาพและลักษณะนิสัยด้านศิลปะ ดนตรีและการเคลื่อนไหว มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด และด้าน คุณธรรม จริยธรรมและค่านิยมที่พึงประสงค์มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด 2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการศึกษาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในจังหวัดตาก เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านผู้ดูแลเด็ก ปัจจัยด้านสถานศึกษา และด้านชุมชน

The purposes of this research were to (1) study educational management of child development center under sub-district administrative organization in Tak province; and (2) study the factors affecting educational management of child development center under sub-district administrative organization in Tak province. The research sample consisted of 190 child caretakers from 173 child development center under sub-district administrative organization in Tak province, obtained by stratified random sampling. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire, developed by the researcher, with .98 reliability coefficient. Statistics employed for data were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. Research findings were as follows: 1. The educational management of child development center under sub- district administrative organization in Tak province was found that the aesthetics and habit characteristics, art, music, movement aspect received the highest rating, while the virtues, ethics and desirable values aspect received the lowest rating. 2. The factors affecting educational management of child development center under sub-district administrative organization in Tak province were the following: child caretaker factor, educational center factor, and community factor
