แนวทางการส่งเสริมการผลิตลำไยคุณภาพของเกษตรกรในจังหวัดแพร่

Abstract

การศึกษามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจ/ความรู้พื้นฐาน/การปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับในการผลิตลำไยคุณภาพ/ปัญหาและความคิดเห็นของเกษตรกรต่อแนวทางการส่งเสริมการผลิตลำไยคุณภาพในจังหวัดแพร่ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 172 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) เกษตรกรมีอายุเฉลี่ย52.51 ปี จบระดับประถมศึกษา ได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารจากแหล่งต่างๆ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย มีประสบการณ์ในการประกอบอาชีพ 2) ความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับในการผลิตลำไยคุณภาพในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย 3) เกษตรกรปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำของกรมวิชาการเกษตรในการผลิตลำไยคุณภาพ 8 ด้าน 4) เกษตรกรมีปัญหาการผลิตลำไยคุณภาพในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 5) เกษตรกรเห็นด้วยกับแนวทางการส่งเสริมการผลิตลำไยคุณภาพในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

The objectives of this research were to study 1) social and economic conditions of farmers 2) fundamental knowledge of farmers in producing quality longan 3) practice in quality longan production of farmers 4) problems in quality longan production of farmers and 5) extension guidelines for quality longan production of farmers. This research was a survey research. Population of this study was 1,145 longan farmers who had registered as farmers in Phrae province. The sample size were172 people. Structured interview was used for data collection. Statistics used were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, minimum value, maximum value, and standard deviation. The results revealed that 1) the average age of farmers was 52.51 years old. 81.4% completed primary school education and received information and news from media at a level ( = 2.54). They had the average longan production experience of 13.64 years with the average area of production of 3.49 rai. The average income was 419,593.02 baht per year. The average income from longan production was 47,290.70 baht per year and expense cost from longan production was averagely 6,265.12 baht per year. 2) farmers had fundamental knowledge about longan production at the low level (=4.45). 3) farmers conformed to the suggestions of the Department of Agriculture in 8 aspects including source of farming, seeds, planting method, trimming, watering, and fertilizer giving, maintaining, and pest controlling, harvesting, and recording were at a low level (=7.66). 4) overall, farmers faced with the problems in quality longan production at a high level ( = 3.43). 5) farmers agreed with the extension guidelines for quality longan production at the highest level in general. ( = 4.23)
