Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการบริหารสภาพแวดล้อมเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของวิทยาลัยเทคนิคกระบี่ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา และ (2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารสภาพแวดล้อมเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของวิทยาลัยเทคนิคกระบี่ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา โดยจำแนกตามระดับชั้น และประเภทวิชากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักเรียน นักศึกษา ระดับประกาศนียบัตร (ปวช.) และระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) ของวิทยาลัยเทคนิคกระบี่ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จำนวน 334 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือการ วิจัยคือแบบสอบถามซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) การบริหารสภาพแวดล้อมเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของวิทยาลัยเทคนิคกระบี่ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ สภาพแวดล้อมด้านครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ด้านสังคมและกลุ่มเพื่อน ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการศึกษา ด้านการบริการนักศึกษา และด้านอาคารสถานที่ (2) เปรียบเทียบการ บริหารสภาพแวดล้อมเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของวิทยาลัยเทคนิคจังหวัดกระบี่ จำแนกตามระดับชั้น และจำแนกตามประเภทวิชาพบว่าแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ.05 และเมื่อทำการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ พบว่าประเภทวิชาช่างอุตสาหกรรมแตกต่างกับประเภทวิชาบริหารธุรกิจ และประเภทวิชาช่างอุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยว ส่วนประเภทวิชาช่างอุตสาหกรรมและประเภทวิชาคหกรรมไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this research were (1) to study environmental management to promote learning of Krabi Technical College under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission; and (2) to compare the levels of environmental management to promote learning of Krabi Technical College under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission, as classified by program level and program type.The research sample consisted of 334 students at vocational diploma and vocational certificate levels of Krabi Technical College under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission, obtained by stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire, with reliability coefficient of .98. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s method of pair-wise comparison. The research results revealed that (1) the overall environmental management to promote learning of Krabi Technical College under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission was rated at the high level, and the specific aspects of environmental management could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: the environmental management aspect of teachers and educational personnel, the environmental management aspect of social and peer groups, the environmental management aspect of educational activities, the environmental management aspect of student services, and the environmental management aspect of buildings and facilities; and (2) regarding the comparison of environmental management levels to promote learning of Krabi Technical College as classified by program level and program type, it was found that the levels of environmental management to promote learning of Krabi Technical College of different program levels and program types differed significantly at the .05 level; and when pair-wise comparisons were conducted, it was found that the environmental management level of the Industrial Technician Program was significantly different from that of the Business Administration Program and that of the Tourism Industry Technician Program; while no significant difference was found between that of the Industrial Technician Program and that of the Home Economics Program.
